崗位描述:(設(shè)計(jì)及工程管控)
1、具備良好的設(shè)計(jì)能力及繪圖能力,能獨(dú)立完成專(zhuān)賣(mài)店的內(nèi)裝設(shè)計(jì)、終端展示陳列設(shè)計(jì)及VI系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等;熟練運(yùn)用CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP、3DMAX等設(shè)計(jì)軟件;
2、帶領(lǐng)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)及設(shè)計(jì)公司、廣告公司完成品牌整體圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)施工圖深化相關(guān)工作;
3、負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)算管理、圖紙交接、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工指導(dǎo)及質(zhì)量控制。
4、項(xiàng)目維護(hù),包括但不局限于標(biāo)識(shí)、禮品及景觀布置等方面。
任職資格:
1、熟悉建筑材料及施工工藝;
2、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)或建筑學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,有一定的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、1年以上商業(yè)空間設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、精通CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCHUP、3DMAX等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,熟悉材料及施工,能獨(dú)立完成SI項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范制作;
4、較強(qiáng)的藝術(shù)能力和美術(shù)功底,設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意思維活躍,能夠獨(dú)立完成測(cè)量,方案設(shè)計(jì)及效果圖施工圖繪制;
5、較強(qiáng)的品牌概念理解能力和設(shè)計(jì)提案能力。
6、吃苦耐勞,能接受挑戰(zhàn)性的設(shè)計(jì)工作。
