篇3:高級審單員崗位職責(zé)要求
1.負(fù)責(zé)審核并處理各種外貿(mào)單證及內(nèi)貿(mào)單證。
2.及時委托報關(guān)、交納稅單。
3.按時輸人有關(guān)采購的各種信息和結(jié)算數(shù)據(jù),及時制作付款申請單、入庫單等,并對輸人數(shù)據(jù)的及時性和準(zhǔn)確性承擔(dān)檢查責(zé)任,確保數(shù)據(jù)庫各項數(shù)據(jù)的正確性和有效性。
4.協(xié)助做好供應(yīng)商、制造商有關(guān)資料的收集。
5.負(fù)責(zé)對所有物料采購卷宗的歸檔、管理和保管工作,確保卷宗的內(nèi)容規(guī)范、有效、完整。
