Responsibilities:
Listen

Support
theStoreManagerincoachingtheSalesTeamonhowtodeliveranuniqueand

service,sellingskillsandattitude),observingthesalesfloorandproviding
feedbackaccordingly,whenhe/sheisnoton-duty.
Capture
andmaximizeeveryoccasion(e.g.trainings,events,sales)tosupportthe
SalesTeamtoensurethateachofthemisabletoprovideanuniqueand
memorableshoppingexperience.
Address
clientconcerns/disputes/complainsassuringtheclientsatisfactionis
restored.
In
absenceoftheStoreManagerberesponsibleforthegoodmaintenance,thesafe
environment,thegoodfunctioningofthestoreaswellastherespectof
productassortmentandvisualmerchandisingguidelines.

篇2:銷售高級主管崗位安全責任制
1、在部長和副部長的領導下,做好本部門的業務安全工作。
2、貫徹執行“安全第一、預防為主、綜合治理”的安全生產方針和國家、企業有關安全生產的政策、法令和有關安全生產的決定、規定、通知、通報等,認真落實礦安全部門的安全指令和安全工作計劃,把安全工作放在各項工作的首位。
3、把安全教育工作列入工作日程,嚴格執行三級教育制度,協助部長經常對全體職工進行安全教育,并檢查各班組的安全教育工作,努力把安全工作做到職工心里。
4、嚴格按照《儲煤場安全管理辦法》,監督盛源公司對儲煤場的管理工作,杜絕各類事故的發生。
5、下坑或到儲煤場等生產現場檢查煤質、粒度情況時,應嚴格執行公司安全規定。應戴好安全帽,穿好礦服。駕車時應開啟警示燈,插高桿旗。
6、駕車外出對帳或進行其他銷售工作時,應遵守交通規則,謹慎、平穩駕駛,確保避免交通事故的發生。
7、車輛應按有關部門制定的保養制度執行,做到定期保養,避免因車輛保養、維護不善引發的各類事故。
