崗位職責:

1.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的生命周期以及需求量進行相應的采購數(shù)量分析以及備件采購/維修件送修;

2.保證HWS采購物料供應能夠滿足安全庫存以及客戶需求;

3.PO跟蹤,及時處理維修過程中出現(xiàn)的各類問題,協(xié)調(diào)交貨,并預計能夠交貨風險

4.催收發(fā)票,協(xié)助財務進行審計

5.完成合規(guī)進口文件

6.平?庫存量,保證無不必要庫存,分析并報告缺貨原因并協(xié)調(diào)供應商對缺貨件進行排產(chǎn)

7.通過優(yōu)化采購流程節(jié)約采購成本

8.后臺采購數(shù)據(jù)庫的更新

職位要求:

1.本科以上學歷,物流或供應鏈相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先

2.1-3年訂單支持、采購、供應鏈相關經(jīng)驗,熟悉SAP或ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先,有電子行業(yè)背景更佳

3.熟練操作MSOffice辦公軟件

4.良好的表達溝通能力,耐心細致,客戶導向

5.能夠獨立完成工作,較好的解決問題能力

6.良好的中英表達能力
