1.Independentlydevelopanddeepenrelationshipwiththelocalgovernmentsandtheirassociatedbodies.

2.Regularlyengageandcoordinatewiththekeygovernmentstakeholdersinlocalgovernmentstosecurethegovernmentapproval,policysupportandregulatorypermits.

3.Supportandworkwiththelocalteamsforcommunicationandreputationandallothernecessaryissues.

4.Directortosupportthecorporatebusinessplanandgrowthstrategy.

5.Monitorthechangesofthelocalpublicpolicies,organizationstructure,decisionmakingprocess,updatetheoverallrelationshipportfolioandidentifythosepotentialimportantstakeholdersandkeyfigures.

BASICREQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelordegreeorabove.

Professionalexperience:

1.ExcellentanddemonstratedknowledgeofChina'slegislation,regulations,standards,codesandpracticesaboutEHS.

2.Strongpersonalskillsincommunications/negotiation,problemsolving,clientrelation-shipandteamplaying.

3.Minimum5yearsofindustryEHSmanagementexperienceinamultinationalcompany.PriorworkingexperienceinthegovernmentorganizationsinChina.

4.Strongleadership,goodanalysis,planningandorganizationability.

5.Initiativeandhighsenseofresponsibility.

篇2:施工單位安全經理工程師職責

①負責編制基坑開挖、腳手架工程、大件吊裝等重點工號的安全專項施工組織設計。并組織實施和辦理相關作業票證。

②負責實施本單位項目建設全面的安全管理。

③負責監督重點工號施工及日常安全檢查工作。

④負責對本單位專兼職安全人員的管理。

④發現嚴重的安全隱患及時向甲方進行匯報,并提出整改建議。

⑤發現嚴重的違章作業,有權立即制止作業。

⑥負責組織突發事故的應急救援,并及時匯報甲方安全管理部門。

篇3:項目安全經理工作職責

(1)宣傳和執行國家及上級主管部門有關安全生產、文明施工、勞動保護法規和規定,協助項目經理做好安全生產管理工作;

(2)建立、健全項目的安全生產責任制;對工程項目的安全生產監督管理負直接領導責任,在項目經理的領導下負責項目安全生產保證體系的運行,負責工程項目安全生產監督管理的總體策劃并組織實施;

(3)組織制定項目的安全生產規章制度和操作規程,組織編制安全專項施工方案,對項目施工過程安全專項方案的實施進行監督;

(4)保證項目安全生產投入的有效實施,對工程項目施工組織全過程行使"一票否決權",對達不到安全生產條件、存在嚴重不安全行為或重大事故隱患的,有權行使停工整改決定;

(5)對工程項目安全生產、文明施工情況負責管理和組織日常檢查,及時消除生產安全事故隱患,簽發書面整改、停工整改和復工通知,規定完成整改時間,督促有關人員及時整改和反饋,組織制定并實施項目的生產安全事故及應急救援預案;

(6)組織制定和審查施工現場的保衛、消防方案和措施,每月對職工進行--次治安、防火的宣傳、教育,每季度召開-一次治保會,落實各級治保責任制。及時、如實報告生產安全事故。
