職位描述：
渦輪試驗技術主任/副主任設計師/主管工程師
職責描述
1)開展渦輪試驗設備建設、維護與升級改造工作；
2)在商發的試驗器上開展渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗相關活動，包括試驗相關文件編制、試驗的實施，試驗數據的處理；
3)渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗的流程、標準、規范及質量體系建設；
4)參與商發外部渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗的策劃、過程參與、質量管控；
5)技術人員能力培養工作；
6)渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗先進和關鍵技術研究；
7)專業發展規劃制定。
崗位要求：
1)業務工作年限和經驗要求：8年以上航空發動機、燃氣輪機等相關科研試驗經驗，3年以上渦輪試驗工作經歷（注：主管工程師要求5年以上航空發動機、燃氣輪機等相關科研試驗經驗；3年以上渦輪試驗工作經歷）；
2)專業要求：渦輪(氣動/換熱)試驗相關專業，具有航空發動機結構原理、航空發動機傳熱學、葉片機原理、氣體動力學、流體力學、工程熱力學等及相應科目專業知識；
3)教育水平：碩士研究生（或同等學歷）及以上學歷；
4)專業技能要求及程度：1.熟悉掌握渦輪試驗所運用的氣動換熱相似理論；2.熟悉渦輪工作原理及相關結構特征；3.熟悉渦輪試驗所需要運用的測試技術；4.熟悉掌握渦輪試驗器所涉及的設備知識；5.能夠在國內現有技術水平技術上發展處渦輪試驗可用的相關新技術；
5)應具備的資格證書：高級工程師職稱證書（注：主管工程師要求中級工程師職稱證書）；
6)具有較好的撰寫報告或論文的能力，并具有一定的業務溝通交流的經歷和經驗；
7)英語技能要求：CET-4以上或者相應等級，能閱讀本專業英文資料，有一定的英語口語交流能力；
8)熟練使用OFFICE，CAD，UG，Ansys，CFX/Flowmaster等軟件

系統測試驗證崗位職責
職責描述:
(1)研究智能感知系統的最優架構;研究并驗證相應的感知算法(雷達或LiDar算法);
(2)與芯片設計團隊合作,完成智能感知芯片的spec定義更新和優化;
(3)面向芯片功能和性能的wafer級/封裝芯片的測試和糾錯;
(4)基于芯片的模組設計與功能性能驗證。
任職要求:
(1)電路與系統、微電子與固體電子學、電子科學與技術、通信工程等相關專業,碩士及以上學歷;
(2)具有射頻及毫米波雷達系統或智能硬件系統實現的經驗;
(3)熟悉wafer/封裝芯片的測試和表征設備以及相應的糾錯方法;
(4)熟悉模組的設計方法,包括數模混合電路設計,FPGA使用,散熱設計,結構設計。
