職位要求：

1、211/985院校碩士研究生學歷及以上（博士優先），有從事NVH相關工作至少三年工作經驗；（硬性要求）

2、熟悉整車NVH性能開發流程，管控手段，有相關項目經驗的優先；

3、掌握NVH性能相關技術理論，以及改進手段，有仿真校核能力的優先考慮；

4、熟悉NVH性能測試方法，會操作相關檢測設備及軟件。

5、溝通協調能力強，有團隊協作精神。"

NVH開發工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

1.負責燃料電池整機NVH指標的分解和確認,系統及零部件技術規范中NVH指標的定義和可行性研究;

2.對系統和零部件的NVH相關設計進行前期校核和指導;

3.NVH驗證試驗的組織和執行;

4.整改方案的制定,主導整改方向和整改技術的落地應用;

5.建立正向的NVH開發和驗證流程及體系

任職要求:

1.5年及以上動力系統NVH開發經驗。

2.熟悉常用的NVH測試工具和分析軟件。并能獨立的進行試驗設計和執行。

3.熟悉NVH集成開發流程,具備完整的虛擬仿真和產品驗證開發經驗,能夠獨立的制定可執行的NVH目標并跟蹤執行。

4.熟悉動力系統中發動機、進排氣、增壓系統、電機NVH開發過程和常見的NVH問題整改措施。

5.能夠獨立進行仿真分析(結構或多體動力學)為佳。
