職責描述:

1.Coordinatesupportfromotherfunctionalareas(TA,QM,MF,MT)asneededtotestturbochargerparts;

2.100%ontimetestturbochargerpartsperinternalorexternalrequirements;

3.Evaluateturbochargerpartsreliabilitybyengineorvehicletestandgasstandtestperinternalorexternalrequirements;

4.100%requireddocumentationoftestresultsperinternalorexternalrequirements;

5.Responsibleforinstallation/dis-assemblyofturbochargerpartontestfacility.Alsoresponsibleofinspectionanddocumentationofvalidationandtestsampleinsupportofinternalfunction;

6.Enforcehealth,safety,securityandemergencysystemsawareness;

7.Anyothertasksassignedbysupervisor;

任職要求:

1.Universitydegreeoraboveonmechanicalengineering,orinternalcombustionengine,orvehicleengineering,orsimilarexpertknowledgeofinternalcombustionengines;

2.FluentEnglish;

3.Vehicle/Enginetest/validationexperience;

4.Softwareknowledge(ArtemiSSUITE);

5.ExpertknowledgeinNVHtopicsofenginesandvehicles;

6.ExpertisewithNVHvehicletest;

7.NVHtestanddevelopmentexperienceintheautomotiveindustryispreferred;

8.UnderstandingofNVHtestequipmentandtestprocedure;

9.Understandingthemanufacturingprocessofturbochargersorautomotivecomponents;

10.Customercontactrequiresprofessionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsandabilitytomanagetechnicaldetails;

11.Mustbeateamplayerandhavegoodorganizationalskillsincludingtheabilitytoprioritize,handlemultipleprojectssimultaneously,andmeetdeadlines;

NVH開發(fā)工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

1.負責燃料電池整機NVH指標的分解和確認,系統(tǒng)及零部件技術規(guī)范中NVH指標的定義和可行性研究;

2.對系統(tǒng)和零部件的NVH相關設計進行前期校核和指導;

3.NVH驗證試驗的組織和執(zhí)行;

4.整改方案的制定,主導整改方向和整改技術的落地應用;

5.建立正向的NVH開發(fā)和驗證流程及體系

任職要求:

1.5年及以上動力系統(tǒng)NVH開發(fā)經驗。

2.熟悉常用的NVH測試工具和分析軟件。并能獨立的進行試驗設計和執(zhí)行。

3.熟悉NVH集成開發(fā)流程,具備完整的虛擬仿真和產品驗證開發(fā)經驗,能夠獨立的制定可執(zhí)行的NVH目標并跟蹤執(zhí)行。

4.熟悉動力系統(tǒng)中發(fā)動機、進排氣、增壓系統(tǒng)、電機NVH開發(fā)過程和常見的NVH問題整改措施。

5.能夠獨立進行仿真分析(結構或多體動力學)為佳。
