Touchdown職業顧問為TouchdownCareer項目參與者提供職業輔導，通過一系列職

業咨詢，幫助候選人修改簡歷和LinkedIn個人資料，并幫助候選人在美國找尋合適

JOBSUMMARY

提供一對一的職業咨詢，包括與候選人一起開發簡歷和LinkedIn個人資料。幫助求

職者準備面試，工作和跟進咨詢，以確保候選人在工作中取得成功全職工作機會。

Provideone-on-onecareerconsultation,includingdevelopingaresumeandLinkedIn

profilewithindividuals,preparingacandidateforinterviewandthefirstweekofwork,

aswellasonthejobfollowupaconsultationtoensureindividualsucceedinhis/herjob

(tosecureareturnofferforfull-timejobseeker).

評估候選人的能力，并向雇主提交適當的候選人。在面試之后設置面試和跟進候選

REQUIREMENTS

海外留學背景，美國留學背景優先。

具有美國求職經歷或工作經驗的候選人優先。

掌握簡歷修改和面試技巧，了解崗位職責描述崗位要求的方法和要求。

職位描述：

崗位職責：

1.與學員通過電話、微信、面詢等多種方式溝通，了解和挖掘學員職業發展需求

2.為學員提供職業規劃咨詢，針對客戶不同的需求以及現狀，定制個性化的解決方案

3.通過自身所具備的投行、咨詢、快消、互聯網、房地產等熱點行業知識及職業發展規劃技能，幫助客戶做好精準的職業定位

4.充分了解學員潛在的求職困惑，耐心解答用戶對產品的疑問，通過與學員的溝通及簡歷的修改，幫助學員更好地規劃職業發展路徑

職位要求：

1.本科及以上學歷，2年以上工作經驗，有金融、快消、咨詢、會計、互聯網行業工作經歷或商科學習背景者優先

2.超強的學習能力以及解決問題的能力，擅于溝通，有服務意識和耐心

3.熱愛教育行業，致力于長期在教育行業發展
