Design&Development
?Leadandmanagethecustomernegotiationsregardingthespecificationsoftheproductstobedesignedanddefinethefunctionalspecificationsbasedonthecustomerrequirements,participateinthepresentationsforthedevelopedproductstothecustomer
?Managethedevelopmentofthedesignconceptsfortheproducts(3Dmodels,tolerancecalculations,etc.)
?Manageandperformthe`functionalreviews`atcertainstagesduringtheprojects(FMEA,designconceptrelease,CADconceptetc.)incooperationwiththeManagerR&D,ManagetheprocessoftheFunctionalProductreleaseoftheproductswithintheareaofresponsibility.
?SupporttheProductExpertinobtainingpatents,PatentcheckbeforeGate,ensurethatthepatentrightsfornew/existingproductsareprotectedincooperationwiththeLegaldepartment
?Prepareandmaintainthetechnicaldocumentationregardingtheproductswithintherelevantproductgroup
?CoordinateallengineeringactivitieswiththeProductiondepartmentinordertoensuretheproductbilityofthedesignedproducts
?Managetheprocessesofproductmodificationinregardstothetechnicalspecificationsduringtheserialproduction
?Managetechnicalcommunicationwithprototypesuppliers,i.e.material,durability,process,etc.
?SupporttheProductExpertinthepreparationandtherealizationoftheengineeringhandbook
?CoachnewproductengineerintermsofM+Hdesignrule,productfunction,R&Dprocess,standard,etc.
?Reviewandrelease3Ddesign,drawingandtechnicalassessmentreport,etc.
?Organizelessonslearn,engineeringhandbooktraining,experienceandbestpracticesharingforum,etc.
?Workinconjunctionwithteamtopromoteknowledgeandcompetenceenhancement.

崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)電動汽車整車控制系統(tǒng)、電池管理系統(tǒng)等和研發(fā);
2、根據(jù)新能源動力系統(tǒng)平臺移植項(xiàng)目開發(fā)需求,設(shè)計(jì)、改良系統(tǒng)/零部件以滿足項(xiàng)目開發(fā)需要;
3、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到提升產(chǎn)品性能或降低產(chǎn)品成本的目的;
4、參與處理新能源動力系統(tǒng)在客戶端使用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,保障示范運(yùn)行推廣順利進(jìn)行;
5、管理產(chǎn)品技術(shù)狀態(tài),保證公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)狀態(tài)正確無誤。
崗位要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷;電力電子、電子信息工程、電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)、車輛工程、電機(jī)學(xué)專業(yè)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、從事新能源汽車整車開發(fā)工作10年以上。
3、能熟練使用AUTOCAD、CATIA等業(yè)務(wù)軟件,且對新能源汽車零部件(動力電池、ISG電機(jī)、DCDC、電機(jī)控制器、電池控制器等)有較深理解。
