1、在科長的領導下,負責本專業范圍內的技術管理、安全工作和質量標準化工作。
2、掌握業務范圍內的工作情況,及時提供改進意見。
3、深入基層,調查研究,發現問題及時處理,不能解決的要提出處理意見。
4、審批業務范圍內規程、措施,并負責監督、檢查、落實。
5、協助科長做好日常管理、業務技術培訓工作。
6、負責對外業務聯系,及監督、考核。
