聚合工程師崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

1.負(fù)責(zé)生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的實(shí)驗(yàn)室試制開(kāi)發(fā);

2.負(fù)責(zé)生物可降解改性聚酯聚合的中試計(jì)劃中的技術(shù)部分,包括中試工藝,試車(chē),制造工藝等;

3.從技術(shù)支持角度,協(xié)助市場(chǎng)人員開(kāi)拓尼龍、改性聚酯及其下游產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用市場(chǎng);

任職資格:

1.熟悉聚合物聚合過(guò)程,有聚酯(PBAT、PBS、PBT等)聚合經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳;

2.3年及以上聚合生產(chǎn)企業(yè)研發(fā),生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;

3.能運(yùn)用豐富的企業(yè)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的能力;

4.獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)創(chuàng)新的能力;細(xì)致認(rèn)真處理有關(guān)安全研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的能力;團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的能力;

5.有基本英語(yǔ)相關(guān)技術(shù)資料閱讀能力;

6.思維開(kāi)擴(kuò)、平易近人、善于溝通、抗壓力強(qiáng)、具較強(qiáng)的分析判斷能力;
