1.1ResponsibleforNVHtestlabmanagementandNVHtestandanalysis
NVH實驗室管理以及NVH測試與分析。
1.2day-to-daytechnicalissuesolving,NVHtechnicalsupporttoproductdevelopmentandwarrantyreturnanalysis
解決日常技術問題,提供NVH技術支持產品開發以及售后件分析。
2DutiesandResponsibilities:主要職責
a)ToconductsubjectiveandobjectiveNVHrating,testsandevaluationonbraking,steeringandsuspensionproductswithNVHequipment.
進行主觀和客觀的噪聲振動評價,利用設備進行汽車空調壓縮機的測試.
b)TodevelopNVHtestprocedurestomeetcustomers’requirements.
制定噪聲振動測試的方案,進行新車型的臺架試驗和路試.
c)ToworkwiththeFEAengineerandproductengineertoworkoutNVHoptimizationsolutions.
與FEA工程師和研發工程師提出噪聲振動的優化解決方案.
d)PerformnoisevibrationNVHanalysisaswellasproductimprovement.
執行噪音振動分析以及產品的改進.
e)PerformnoisevibrationNVHanalysisforwarrantyreturns,workwithcustomerengineeringtoperformtherootcauseanalysis.
執行噪音振動分析售后件,協助客戶工程師進行根本原因分析
f)CoordinationandcommunicationwithR&D,design,qualitydepartments.
和研發,設計,質量部門的協調和溝通
3JobSpecifications崗位要求
3.1Generalrequirements基本素質要求
i.Bachelordegreeoraboveinmechanicalengineering,automotiveengineering,vibrationandacousticsor
anyothercomparablefinaldegree.
機械工程,汽車工程或相關專業的本科及以上學歷
ii.3~5yearsworkexperienceinNVHfield
具備3到5年NVH領域工作經驗。
iii.FamiliaritywithatleastoneoftheNVHequipmente.g.Dyno.,LMS,HeadAcoustics,B&K,Agilentandcorrespondinganalysissoftwareisnecessary.
熟悉噪聲測試設備
iv.Creativityfortechnicalsolutions.
有創造性的技術解決方案
v.Havedriver'slicense,andyearsofdrivingexperience.
有駕照,駕駛技術比較熟練
vi.GoodEnglishwrittenandspoken.
能講流利的英文
3.2Specialskillandknowledgerequirements.專業技能要求
i.Understandingoftheautomotivestandardssuchas,FMEA,SPC,GD&T(Gaging,dimensioningandtolerancing).

篇3:降噪工程師工作職責與職位要求
職位描述：
1、英語能力良好，能讀懂產品技術參數
2、熟悉PPE的相關認證，較強的數據分析能力
3、有較強的自我驅動力，和面對困難的抗壓能力
4、設計與進行電聲測試的經驗，熟悉電聲測試標準方法和標準設備
5、大專及以上學歷，聲學、電子等相關專業畢業
工作職責：
負責產品的原型、功能、流程設計，編寫相關需求文檔
負責產品實施過程，協助研發和測試需求理解及需求驗證，跟進推動產品實施，及項目發布
