1.負責區域導購員招聘、培訓、考勤檔案管理和員工關系等日常工作管理;以及導購員的周業績收集、薪資制作,競品信息收集反饋,門店信息匯總提報等各類報表與數據管理;

2.負責導購員企業文化、產品知識、飲食健康等銷售技能的培訓,及賣場客情維護的指導并按公司培訓體系貫徹執行培訓落地;

任職要求:
