1、完成公司下達(dá)的任務(wù)與指標(biāo),為公司獲取足夠利益。
2、保障公司的財產(chǎn)以及資金安全。
3、協(xié)調(diào)人際關(guān)系,員工之間保持友好的合作關(guān)系,員工對客人保持優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)態(tài)度。
