1、負責指導制定、審核公司技術管理制度和技術規程標準;

2、負責公司新技術引進和產品開發工作的計劃、實施,確保技術的超前性、競爭性;

3、負責組織編制公司技術開發計劃和公司技術發展長遠規劃;

4、負責指導、處理、協調和解決公司項目中出現的技術問題;

5、保證項目的正常進行,確保公司項目計劃按時完成;

任職資格

1、正規院校本科以上,計算機、信息工程、通信及相關專業;

2、從事硬件相關編程工作8年,具備通信行業或者RFID工作背景;

3、相關技術管理崗位5年以上經驗,管理過5人以上團隊經驗;

4、熟悉無線硬件領域,掌握數據采集業務的相關技術和業務發展動態;

5、有直接的RTOS移植編程經驗(Wince、Android,Linux);

6、有中間件RPC和MOM的工作經驗;

7、有Agile項目開發經驗優先;

8、必須有C/C++編程經驗。
