崗位職責(zé)

1、負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)制定、審核公司技術(shù)管理制度和技術(shù)規(guī)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

2、負(fù)責(zé)公司新技術(shù)引進(jìn)和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作的計劃、實施，確保技術(shù)的超前性、競爭性；

3、負(fù)責(zé)組織編制公司技術(shù)開發(fā)計劃和公司技術(shù)發(fā)展長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃；

4、負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)、處理、協(xié)調(diào)和解決公司項目中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題；

5、保證項目的正常進(jìn)行，確保公司項目計劃按時完成；

6、負(fù)責(zé)組織技術(shù)成果及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的專業(yè)評價工作；

7、負(fù)責(zé)對技術(shù)方案的評審工作。

任職資格

1、正規(guī)院校本科以上，計算機(jī)、信息工程、通信及相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、從事硬件相關(guān)編程工作8年，具備通信行業(yè)或者RFID工作背景;

3、相關(guān)技術(shù)管理崗位5年以上經(jīng)驗，管理過5人以上團(tuán)隊經(jīng)驗;

4、熟悉無線硬件領(lǐng)域，掌握數(shù)據(jù)采集業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展動態(tài);

5、有直接的RTOS移植編程經(jīng)驗(Wince、Android,Linux);

6、有中間件RPC和MOM的工作經(jīng)驗;

7、有Agile項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

8、必須有C/C++編程經(jīng)驗。
