Yourmissionandresponsibilities:

1.Technologicalsupportfortheproduction,processmonitoraccordingtoourqualitysystemandproductintroductionplans.為生產提供技術支持,基于質量體系和項目計劃完成工藝監控

2.Steering,controllingandcoachingthedefinition,developmentandimplementationofproductionprocess生產工藝的開發和引入,以及對產品工藝過程的指導和控制

3.TransferringdesignfromPLMtoproduction(Newprojectandchangerequest)研發至生產的設計轉移(針對新項目或者設計更改)

4.Beresponsiblefortroubleshootingduringproductionandimprovingqualityofproduct負責解決生產技術問題,提高產品質量

5.Beresponsibleforproductionprocessoptimizationandproductivityimprovement持續優化生產工藝,提高生產效率

6.Developingandmaintainingproductiondocumentation(DMR、Masterplan、FMEAetc.)開發及維護生產文件(包括產品制造性文檔、工藝過程規劃、失效模式和影響分析等)

7.AnalysisthereturnreasonofreturnpartsandtakeactiontoreducethereturnrateofRFproducts分析返修產品的退回原因,執行措施降低產品的返修率

8.Developingtooling、equipmentandnewtechnologyincludingdocumentationandvalidation.設計工裝夾具,引入生產設備以及新技術,并進行驗證和完成相應的文件工作

Yourqualificationsandexperiences:

1.BachelororMasterDegreeforElectricalEngineering,mechatronic,physical,orPowerEngineeringandEngineeringThermophysics電子、機械、物理學、或者熱能與動力工程專業的本科或研究生

2.HaspracticeinElectronicfactorywillbebetter.Havesomesoftware(Office,MicrosoftAccessetc.)knowledgearepreferred最好有在電子廠工作的經驗,有一定的軟件知識(Office,MicrosoftAccessetc)基礎

3.Fastlearnerandgoodcommunicationskill有良好的學習和溝通能力

1、按“誰主管誰負責”的原則,在技術上對本廠安全生產工作全面負責。

2、加強安全技術管理,積極采用安全先進技術和安全防護裝備,組織研究落實重大事故隱患整改方案。

3、在組織新建、擴建、改建基本建設項目以及技術改造項目的設計、施工和投產時,做到職業安全衛生設施與主體工程同時設計、同時施工、同時投產,并符合國家規定的標準。

4、審查廠安全技術規程、操作規程和安全技術措施項目,保證技術上切實可行。

5、負責組織制度生產崗位塵毒等有害物質的治理規劃方案,使之達到國家衛生標準。

6、參加上報公司事故的調查,組織技術力量對事故進行技術原因分析、鑒定,提出技術上的改進措施。

7、按照上述安全職責,每年制訂工程師年度安全工作計劃,逐條落實在當年具體工作安排中。
