崗位職責:

1.負責自動化軟件系統的研發,提供技術解決方案,帶領開發團隊進行系統的架構、設計、開發、維護和交付;

2.負責技術規范的制定和執行,軟件開發流程的制定和優化;

3.負責產品的核心框架的設計和改進,項目技術難點攻關;

4.軟件項目的開發管理,對產品的質量負責;

5.指導團隊開發可擴展、可維護、高效率和高質量的代碼,管理好代碼版本;

6.管理、激勵開發團隊;

任職要求:

1.具有良好的溝通能力、積極的工作態度;

2.計算機、電子等相關專業,本科及以上學歷,3年及以上軟件開發經驗,1年以上團隊管理經驗;

3.熟悉開發.NET框架,精通C#編程,具有2年以上的WinForm開發經驗;
