崗位職責(zé):

1.獨(dú)立策劃渠道營銷線上線下的推廣方案,含落地執(zhí)行

2.規(guī)劃渠道季度、檔期性的推廣物料和助銷產(chǎn)品

3.代理商訂貨會及促銷活動方案的協(xié)助制定

4.渠道各項(xiàng)營銷推廣政策的輔助制定

5.采集整合行業(yè)趨勢、新品推廣信息等

任職要求:

1.本科學(xué)歷及以上,35周歲以下

2.年輕思維敏銳、易接受新鮮事物、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),有責(zé)任心

3.較強(qiáng)的PPT和Excel能力

4.有KA渠道推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)或廣告公司創(chuàng)意營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上者優(yōu)先考慮

5可接受一定頻率的出差

4.Manageproduct-relatedsupport,feedbackandinquiriesfromusersandusemarketfeedbacktoinformproductrefinementsandongoingdevelopment;

5.Workwithproductmanagertounderstandthenewfeaturesofallnewe-productsandincorporatetheseintheRXGCoveralle-businessplan;

6.Collectcustomers’&showinsights(digitalproductsurvey)proactivelyandincorporatedtheseintothe4Psplan;

7.ResearchonInnovation,Digital&Competitorsanalysis;

8.Manageandcommunicatewithcrossfunctionalteams;

與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)一起合力完成公司目標(biāo)

7.Workwithpartiestoestablishandadjustsdifferencesaleschannel’spricingstructurebymonitoringcosts,competition,supply&demand.

與管理層一起制定并監(jiān)管國內(nèi)價格體系;收集及分析競爭對手價格、促銷情況

8.Providemediaadvopportunitiesandsalesdataanalysisreporttomanagementteam.

為管理層提供媒體推廣建議計(jì)劃,并根據(jù)市場變化,提供產(chǎn)品的銷售優(yōu)化建議

Requirements:

本科或以上學(xué)歷

?GoodcommandofEnglishandChinese

良好的中英文水平

?SolidmarketingworkingexperienceinFMCGorpremiumbrandinconsumermarket.
