依據產品研發進度完成質量開發任務,參與新產品開發實驗的討論、評審、試驗和驗收,對項目前期質量各環節發現的問題進行發布、確認、追蹤、推動改進。

任職要求:

職責一:負責新項目質量策劃

1、依據產品研發進度完成質量開發任務,并實施連續性檢查、測試和分析制度,確保符合質量標準的產品生產

2、負責獲取客戶的質量要求,組織相關單位分析原因及對策報告,提出質量改進方案以改進質量、成本和整體效率

3、參與新產品開發試驗的討論、評審、試驗和驗收

4、建立GP-12早期生產遏制工位

職責二:管理新產品質量問題

1、負責對項目前期質量各環節發現的問題進行發布、確認、追蹤、推動改進以及對改善零件的驗證。

2、負責新開發的零部件、原材料的試裝試用進行跟蹤、檢查、督促整改、監督評價。

3、根據開發研發過程中的問題,及時召開全面質量分析會,提出限定時間,整改計劃,掌握整改情況

職責三:供應商定點評審

1、參與對供應商的評審考核,并提出定點意見和整改

2、對量產項目的風險供應商做質量提升支持,跟蹤整改措施有效性和可持續性

職責四:其他臨時工作

1、及時完成上級領導布置的臨時任務;

2、配合部門內與外方的口頭翻譯工作

其他要求:

能熟練運用各類辦公設備及軟件,熟悉常用質量工具及應用,熟悉汽車行業的標準
