1按“誰主管誰負責”的原則,對供應、銷售系統的安全工作負責。
2組織制訂、修訂和審批供應、銷售部門的安全生產規章制度、規定、安全技術規程,組織實施并監督檢查執行情況。
3貫徹“五同時”原則,保證供應產品的質量符合國家標準,因質量問題造成事故,負責追究有關人員的責任。
4負責供應、銷售系統的安全教育和考核工作。
