篇2:銷售副經(jīng)理安全職責(zé)

1按“誰主管誰負(fù)責(zé)”的原則,對供應(yīng)、銷售系統(tǒng)的安全工作負(fù)責(zé)。

2組織制訂、修訂和審批供應(yīng)、銷售部門的安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度、規(guī)定、安全技術(shù)規(guī)程,組織實施并監(jiān)督檢查執(zhí)行情況。

3貫徹“五同時”原則,保證供應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因質(zhì)量問題造成事故,負(fù)責(zé)追究有關(guān)人員的責(zé)任。

4負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)、銷售系統(tǒng)的安全教育和考核工作。

5定期召開供應(yīng)、銷售系統(tǒng)的安全生產(chǎn)工作會議,分析企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)動態(tài),及時解決安全生產(chǎn)存在的問題。

6組織供應(yīng)、銷售系統(tǒng)開展安全生產(chǎn)競賽活動,總結(jié)推廣安全生產(chǎn)工作的先進經(jīng)驗,獎勵先進單位和個人。

7按照上述安全職責(zé),每年制訂銷售副經(jīng)理年度安全工作計劃,并逐條落實在當(dāng)年具體工作安排中。

1,主持銷售部日常工作,溝通上下級及與其他部門的關(guān)系.

2,堅持"顧客至上,科學(xué)管理"的宗旨,樹立良好的公司形象,創(chuàng)造良好的銷售環(huán)境,充分調(diào)動各員工的積極性,并保持團結(jié)協(xié)作,優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的工作氣氛.

3,根據(jù)總經(jīng)理的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和市場預(yù)測,擬訂銷售推廣計劃,報請公司總經(jīng)理審核.

4,做好售后服務(wù)工作,反饋樓盤信息,并努力同新老客戶保持良好關(guān)系,建立客戶檔案,以便于工作從老客戶處尋找新客戶.

5,負(fù)責(zé)組織人員及時總結(jié)交流營銷經(jīng)驗,加強業(yè)務(wù)修養(yǎng),不斷提高業(yè)務(wù)水平。
