THEMISSION
1)Tobeconstantlyawareofthemarketandtechnologicaltrendofproductsanddelightthecustomerbydeliveringqualityproductontime.
2)Tobeawareofthecurrentcapabilitiesofworkshopandmakethebestutilizationofallresources(manpower,machinesandotherfacilities)tomaintaintheoptimum.
3)Toprovidetechnicalguidancetoteammembersandorganizetrainingwhenrequired.e.g.newrecruits.
4)Toparticipateintheeffectivedeploymentofcraftsmaninprojectexecutionandofferleadershipintheprojectmanagement.
5)Tocoordinateandmanageallactivitiesleadingtothesuccessfulrealizationofprojectontimebyensuringofhittingthetargetofproductivity,deliveryandqualityperformanceintheworkshop
