內飾設計主任崗位職責
職責描述:
1、負責完成整車內造型的工業設計任務;
2、負責與其他專業團隊溝通造型設計目標,按需求完成造型調整并反饋給相應專業團隊;
3、分析整車內造型設計趨勢。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,交通工具、工業設計相關專業;
2、2年以上汽車設計相關工作經驗;
3、具備創新的設計分析能力,優秀的草圖、效果圖表現力;
4、良好的溝通和設計表達能力;
5、良好的英文表達和交流能力。
主任設計師
職責:
1、指導和帶領團隊開展各車型的內造型設計業務;
2、負責培訓團隊提升綜合實力;
3、負責內造型設計方向把控、質量把控、量產品質把控,提升設計綜合實力;
4、負責帶領團隊完成內造型設計項目;
5、負責內造型可感知質量把控;
6、負責對品牌趨勢發展以及設計方向提供具體規劃方案。
要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,交通工具、工業設計相關專業;
2、5年以上汽車內造型設計相關工作經驗;
3、成功主導過3款及以上的整車內造型設計開發;
4、具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協作管理能力;
5、具備優秀的設計開發以及設計感知力;
6、良好的英文表達和交流能力。

4、領導安排的其他工作。
