1指導生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量控制和相關問題(汽車沖壓和焊接)

2全面分析問題,提出改進和預防措施并緊跟團隊

Non-conformityanalysesandmakecorrectiveandpreventiveplanandfollowupwithteam.

3對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的缺陷和顧客抱怨的問題提出持續(xù)改進措施,并按計劃實施

Regardingtothedefectinprocessandcustomercomplaint,makeacontinualimprovementplanandactionimplemented.

4收集和分析相關質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)(SAP等),協(xié)助高級質(zhì)量工程師進行相關工作

Collectandanalyzetherelatedqualitydata,recordandreport,supportseniorqualityengineersfortherelatedwork.

5和車間領導和制造工程師一起進行進行過程審核,分析潛在問題并及時更新控制計劃

Processauditmonthlywithworkshopleaderandmanufacturingengineer,leadtoanalyzepotentialriskandupdateControlplan.

6協(xié)助質(zhì)量主管完成相關職責

AssistthequalitySupervisor,asappropriate,inthedeliveryoftheirresponsibilities

任職要求:

1.3yearsofsupervisionexperience,orminimumof5years’experiencesupervisinginanautomotivecomponentmanufacturingenvironment.

4.CertifiedQualityAuditor.
