1.Performfundamentalmarketandfinancialanalysisincludingfinancialmodelingandassetvaluation.

2.Assisttoliaisewithexternalprofessionalpartiesondealexecutionprocess.

3.Assistinfinancialduediligenceprocess,siteinspectionaswellasprojectconstructionprogressmonitoring.

4.Prepareinvestmentmemos,presentationsandinvestmentreportsinatimelymanner.

Requirements:

1.WorkingenvironmentinEnglish.Excellentpresentation,analyticalandcommunicationskills,includingasolidcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglishandMandarin.

2.DegreeholderinFinance,RealEstate,ManagementorMarketingdisciplines;overseaseducationorworkingexperiencewouldbepreferred.

3.Minimum1yearinrealestatedeveloper,realestateconsultancy,buy-sideprivateequity,corporatefinanceadvisory,assetmanagementormarketing.

4.Openworldviewwithstrongqualitativeandquantitativeanalyticalskillsandbeabletoworkindependently.SkillfuluseofExcel,PPT.

5.Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills.

1、對(duì)本班組的安全負(fù)責(zé)。

2、貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家的安全生產(chǎn)方針政策和法律法規(guī),認(rèn)真執(zhí)行公司安全規(guī)章制度和安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程。

3、正確穿戴勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品,接觸有毒物質(zhì)后應(yīng)洗手,使用腐蝕性藥劑時(shí),要戴橡膠手套。

4、班前檢查設(shè)備、工具是否完好,電氣線路有無(wú)損壞。

5、從事有害氣體操作,須在通風(fēng)柜內(nèi)進(jìn)行。對(duì)硫酸等危險(xiǎn)品應(yīng)規(guī)范使用。

6、嚴(yán)禁在化驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)食、吸煙和存放食品。

7、保持工作場(chǎng)所、操作臺(tái)、儀器、儀表清潔、整齊有序,做好安全文明生產(chǎn)。

8、積極參加各種活動(dòng),提高安全意識(shí)。

9、做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他安全工作。
