Design&Development
?Leadandmanagethecustomernegotiationsregardingthespecificationsoftheproductstobedesignedanddefinethefunctionalspecificationsbasedonthecustomerrequirements,participateinthepresentationsforthedevelopedproductstothecustomer
?Managethedevelopmentofthedesignconceptsfortheproducts(3Dmodels,tolerancecalculations,etc.)
?Manageandperformthe`functionalreviews`atcertainstagesduringtheprojects(FMEA,designconceptrelease,CADconceptetc.)incooperationwiththeManagerR&D,ManagetheprocessoftheFunctionalProductreleaseoftheproductswithintheareaofresponsibility.
?SupporttheProductExpertinobtainingpatents,PatentcheckbeforeGate,ensurethatthepatentrightsfornew/existingproductsareprotectedincooperationwiththeLegaldepartment
?Prepareandmaintainthetechnicaldocumentationregardingtheproductswithintherelevantproductgroup
?CoordinateallengineeringactivitieswiththeProductiondepartmentinordertoensuretheproductbilityofthedesignedproducts
?Managetheprocessesofproductmodificationinregardstothetechnicalspecificationsduringtheserialproduction
?Managetechnicalcommunicationwithprototypesuppliers,i.e.material,durability,process,etc.
?SupporttheProductExpertinthepreparationandtherealizationoftheengineeringhandbook
?CoachnewproductengineerintermsofM+Hdesignrule,productfunction,R&Dprocess,standard,etc.
?Reviewandrelease3Ddesign,drawingandtechnicalassessmentreport,etc.
?Organizelessonslearn,engineeringhandbooktraining,experienceandbestpracticesharingforum,etc.
?Workinconjunctionwithteamtopromoteknowledgeandcompetenceenhancement.

具體工作職責(zé)
按產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃,制訂產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試計(jì)劃、測(cè)試文檔;
負(fù)責(zé)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室/實(shí)驗(yàn)局、點(diǎn)搭建產(chǎn)品環(huán)境,實(shí)施測(cè)試過(guò)程,記錄相關(guān)測(cè)試結(jié)果;
按時(shí)提交工作總結(jié)報(bào)告、如實(shí)填寫(xiě)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試記錄表;
參加新技術(shù)交流和培訓(xùn);
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)保密;
每天填寫(xiě)日志,重要信息及時(shí)上報(bào),周末交日志、周總結(jié)、下周計(jì)劃;
完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)交辦的工作。

篇3:產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工程師職責(zé)
一般來(lái)說(shuō),產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工程師的主要職責(zé)包括:
1、參與產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)可行性調(diào)研,參與系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì);
2、擬制結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案和項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,研究開(kāi)發(fā)新結(jié)構(gòu)新技術(shù),,提升產(chǎn)品性能和質(zhì)量;
3、承擔(dān)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、零部件的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì);
4、承擔(dān)樣機(jī)的研制、調(diào)試和相關(guān)技術(shù);
5、公差分析和DFMA(面向制造和裝配的設(shè)計(jì))檢查;
6、與制造工程師進(jìn)行模具檢討;
7、模具樣品檢討、設(shè)計(jì)更改和零件最終的承認(rèn);
8、為EMI、ESD、安全和可靠性等各種測(cè)試提供機(jī)械支持;
