1.Conductannualtrainingneedsassessment;considerindividualperformanceplans,businessneedsandtalentdevelopmentneeds,andthendevelopannualtrainingplan.

2.Executetrainingplans,followupwithtrainingeffectivenessassessment,andmakecontinuousimprovementtotrainingprogramstomeetbusinessneedsandtalentdevelopmentneeds,coordinateCorporatetrainingprogram.

3.Assistsuccessionplanningandtalentmanagementinitiativesandkeytalentsdevelopmentactiontracking&followup.

Qualifications&Requirements(任職資格與要求):

1.BachelorDegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagementorEnglishispreferred.

2.Above3yearsworkexperienceinHR,training,recruitingrelatedexperienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.

3.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillandpresentationskill,Englishspeakingisrequired.

4.Downtoearth,responsiveandactionoriented.

5.Self-motivatedwithgoodteamspirit.

6.RelevantIATF16949,ISO14001regulationknowledge.

篇2:Scratch編程策劃職位描述與崗位職責任職要求

職位描述：

你來做什么

1、根據「課程結構」的要求編寫demo，完成Scratch腳本的產出；

2、協助編程組長交付形成Scratch類規范文檔；

3、協助組長審核課程代碼；

4、隨時保持與小組成員的討論，協助完成課程的制作。

我們需要你

1、全日制本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業優先，可以接受應屆畢業生；

2、熟悉Scratch（或其他模塊化編程語言）課程和軟件，具有Scratch教學經驗；

3、了解各類型游戲，熟悉各游戲平臺，PC、主機游戲；

4、具備較強的學習能力，和發現問題、解決問題的能力。
