GeneralManagerSummary

ReportingtotheVP,hasP&Lresponsibility,isresponsibleforthelaunchoftheMFEnewworldclassfacilityandfordirectingtheMFEOperations.Thisroleisresponsibleforimplementingworldclassoperationalexcellence,processimprovementsandLeanManufacturingtoolstoimprovequality,ontimedeliveryandreducemanufacturingcost.

PrimaryResponsibilitiesAndEssentialFunctions

LaunchnewworldclassMFEfacilityontimeandunderbudget.WorkcloselywithTriVistatoorderandinstallmanufacturingequipmentandhireandtrainteam.

ResponsibleforP&L.Developandimplementoperationalstrategies,operatingandcapitalexpensebudgetstomaximizegrowthandprofitability.UtilizeLeanManufacturingtoolstocontinuouslyimprovequality,operationalperformanceandreducecosts.

ProvidesleadershipandsetstandardsforperformanceinallareasoftheMFEorganization;periodicallyreviewreportsondepartmentperformance,quality,costandkeybusinessindicators.Developandimplementimprovementplanswhenneeded.

ProvidedirectionandleadershipinthedevelopmentandcommunicationofcompanyandMFE’sgoals&policiestoensurethatcorporatevalues,andculturesupportthecompany’slong-termbusinessgoalsandeffectiveutilizationofhumanresources.

Identify,selectandmanagelocalvendors/suppliersforcomponents,partsandsuppliersneededlocallyandthrough-outthebusiness.Domakevsbuyanalysistodeterminebesteconomicvalue.

Representsthecompanyasappropriateinitsrelationshipswithmajorcustomers,suppliers,bankers,governmentagencies,etc.

Workwithengineering,salesandmarketingstafftodeterminenewproductstomeetcustomerdemandandtargetedcostbasis

Developandmaintainaworkingknowledgeofnewtechnologieswhichmayimproveoperations,anddevelopsrecommendationsaccordingly.

Theindividualfillingthispositionshouldbeaproactive,resultsoriented,focusedleaderthatfostersthedevelopmentofaneffectiveMFEorganization.

Qualifications&Experience

20+yearsofmanufacturingoperationsexperience.Minimum5years’experiencewithworldclassmanufacturessuchasToyota,Danaher,etc.andideallyworkedsuccessfullyatsmallerorganizations

Proventrackrecordofleadingoperationalexcellenceandvendorimprovementinitiativeswithinternalmanufacturingprocessand/orthird-partymanufacturingsuppliers.

10+yearsofsuccessfulleadershipexperiencebuildingstrongcross-functionalteams.

ExpertknowledgeandexperienceinLeanManufacturingprincipleswiththeabilitytoshowconcreteROIthroughoperationalefficienciesandwastereductions.

GoodunderstandingandimplementationofQualitySystems(QS9000/TS16949)includingEnvironmentalstandards.

Adaptability–beabletoadapttovaryingtimeconstraints,resourcelevelsandorganizationalsituations

Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillstofacilitatecross-functionaldialogateveryleveloftheorganizationaswellaswithclientsandcustomers.

Education&Skills

Bachelor’sdegreeinengineering,supplychain,businessorotherrelateddisciplineisrequired.Master’sdegree(MBA)isstronglypreferred.

篇2:玩具設計師崗位職責工作內容

玩具設計師職位要求

具有較扎實的自然科學基礎、較好的人文、藝術和社會科學基礎及正確運用本國語言、文字的表達能力。較好地掌握專業領域較廣的技術理論基礎知識,主要包括:工業設計工程基礎、設計表現基礎、玩具設計基礎、計算機輔助設計、材料及工藝、市場經濟及企業管理等知識。具有新產品的研究與開發的初步能力,有較強的表現能力、動手能力和較高的綜合素質。

玩具設計師崗位職責/工作內容

(1)分析產品的外觀和性能,進行打板、打樣及工藝排料,手工制作產品樣品或模型;

(2)產品進行系列化開發和自主研發,繪制創意草圖,設計功能模塊,繪制設計圖,編制生產工藝流程;

(3)研究市場和產品流行趨勢,制定產品整體設計方案,進行設計管理。

玩具設計崗位職責:

1.對毛絨玩具制造行業的各個環節都有一定的了解,并了解毛絨玩具的國際形式走向

2.負責毛絨玩具寵物玩具的創意開發;

3.根據產品開發計劃,完成產品圖案和造型設計,以及顏色把控和挑選面料;

4.根據設計理念及主題元素出設計稿;

5.善于色彩搭配,并能跟進出實物樣品;

6.具有獨特的設計技巧,可以結合工廠生產的實際情況對板形進行調整;

7.有高度的責任心,有效的執行力,嚴格的自我管理及時間管理能力。

任職要求:

1.大專以上學歷,工業設計/玩具設計/藝術設計或者美術相關專業,

有兩年以上相關工作經驗;

2.有創造力、表現力,手繪能力強;

3.熟悉相關軟件(PS/AI/CDR);

4.有毛絨玩具類或者吉祥物類/母嬰類設計經驗者優先考慮。

5.具有團隊精神,能很好的與同事和睦相處。
