崗位職責(zé):
1.依據(jù)各品牌定位及消費(fèi)者需求,進(jìn)行視覺(jué)形象設(shè)計(jì),完成新產(chǎn)品KV、平面物料設(shè)計(jì);
2.依據(jù)各品牌定位及消費(fèi)者需求,進(jìn)行視覺(jué)形象延展,完成新品物料設(shè)計(jì);
3.依據(jù)完成的終端陳列物料進(jìn)行打樣確認(rèn)與協(xié)調(diào),并給出相對(duì)建議與修改方案;
4.依據(jù)完善的KV、平面物料設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)使用規(guī)范定義;
5.依據(jù)公司規(guī)范與完成的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象進(jìn)行圖紙歸檔,以利終端下單與制作。
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,廣告設(shè)計(jì)、美術(shù)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、等視覺(jué)傳達(dá)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
2.3年及以上化妝品(護(hù)膚/彩妝)平面設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.熟悉AdobePhotoshop,Illustrator,Autocad完稿制作,InDesign(CS6)軟件應(yīng)用;
4.熟悉化妝品(護(hù)膚/彩妝)行業(yè)趨勢(shì);
5.熟練掌握產(chǎn)品平面設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)技能;
6.熟練掌握新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)知識(shí)與技能。

•Managetheconcept-to-launchexecutionofallnewcolorcosmeticproductlaunchesfromaproductdevelopmentandproductmarketingpointofview.
•Forselectednewlaunches,responsiblefordrivingallphasesofnewproductdevelopmentincluding:trendscoutingandideation,conceptdevelopment,creation/issuanceofmarketingbriefs,communicationofkeydetailswithsourcing/developmentteam,formulaevaluation,shadevalidations,facilitationoftrainerandconsumertesting,obtainingofingredientlistsanddevelopmentofmarketingcopy.
•Closelycollaboratewithinternalandexternalpartners,includingmarketing,creative,sales&productionteamtodrivenewproductlaunches.SourcingandDevelopmentteamontimemanagement,QCteamtocoordinateconsumertesting,aswellaskeyprojectupdatestomeetneedsandlaunchtiming.
•Supportcreationofstrategicpresentationmaterialsneededforinternalorexternalmeetings(newproductlaunchdecks,franchisestrategyslides,productprofiles,compsforsharing,etc.).
•Coordinatewithcross-functionalteamstofinalizeallprimaryandsecondaryproductartwork:
•Ideateandlegallyconfirmproductfranchisenames,productnamesandproductcopy.

彩妝品牌主管職責(zé)描述:
1、負(fù)責(zé)彩妝產(chǎn)品對(duì)外輸出的軟廣、硬廣、網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳及其他相關(guān)推廣活動(dòng)的文案撰寫(xiě)及輸出執(zhí)行;
2、負(fù)責(zé)媒體關(guān)于彩妝產(chǎn)品推廣的平面宣傳軟文、網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳軟文的主題及內(nèi)容輸出;
3、負(fù)責(zé)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)面向各種媒體的廣告宣傳材料以及品牌表現(xiàn)的各種宣傳物、彩妝產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)等;
4、負(fù)責(zé)彩妝產(chǎn)品推廣專(zhuān)題活動(dòng)的的組織策劃,制定并執(zhí)行切實(shí)可行的彩妝產(chǎn)品推廣方案;
5、從彩妝產(chǎn)品推廣角度實(shí)時(shí)收集整理行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手品牌廣告文案資料及推廣信息,進(jìn)行對(duì)比、分析,并定期總結(jié)匯報(bào);
6、參與彩妝產(chǎn)品配方測(cè)試,包材選擇、包裝設(shè)計(jì)等彩妝產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目工作。
任職要求:
1、文案功底深厚,擅長(zhǎng)彩妝產(chǎn)品概念創(chuàng)新,精通化妝品彩妝產(chǎn)品推廣宣傳文案的企劃創(chuàng)作,有專(zhuān)題和活動(dòng)組織策劃能力;
2、熟悉化妝品行業(yè),了解時(shí)尚美容流行趨勢(shì),對(duì)化妝品品牌、功效、市場(chǎng)反映等方面有系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí),具備彩妝護(hù)膚、時(shí)尚媒體編輯相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)尤佳;
3、有責(zé)任心、工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。
