CITDepartmentislookingforanengineerspecializedinOpticstoenlargecompetencyoftheteaminordertosupporttheglobalstrategyofdigitalizationofindustrialplantsandfurtherdevelopinspectionmethodsatlabscalefortheothersteamofSaint-GobainResearchShanghai.

Inthisrole,youwilldesign,developandmaintainopticalinspectionsystemstobeusedinapplicationsforprocesscontroland/orqualitycontrol.

YouwillbeinvolvedintoR&Dprojectsrelatedtoseveralbusinessunits(automotiveglass,ceramics,andabrasives)whereyouwillbeinchargeofinvestigatinganddevelopinginspectionsolutionswithexternalpartners.YouwillalsocontributetothedigitalizationofSaint-GobainResearchShanghai.

Candidateshouldhaveadeepknowledgeonopticalhardwareandfundamentalknowledgeofimageprocessinganddatatreatment(includingstatisticalanalysis,featuredetection,patternrecognition).

Qualification&Skills

1/PositionopenedtoMasterinoptics,electronicengineering,automation,measurementorrelevantmajors.Experienceinmachinevision/computervision.

1/光學，電子工程，自動化，測控及相關專業碩士學歷,機器視覺/計算機視覺領域工作經驗。

2/Skillsinopticalhardwareandauto-inspection,aswellasinobjectorientedprogramming(Python,C/C++,Sharp),imageprocessingandanalysis.

2/具備光學硬件及自動檢測知識，以及面向對象程序設計(Python,C/C++,Sharp)，圖像處理和分析能力。

篇2:光學研發工程師崗位職責

光學研發工程師?設計并開發光學子系統,包括概念設計、樣機制作和成品設計

?新產品的概念化及設計開發,包括光學試驗臺原型、成品包裝,及小批量試生產

?詳細的光電設計,包括激光與光學的整合、電子驅動、外部電子/機械接口

?制定測試流程,協助編寫用戶手冊、對生產人員及售前售后服務人員進行培訓,確保產品從研發到生產的順利過渡

?為生產、市場、及售前售后服務部門提供技術支持

?進行項目管理,包括原型機試制和產品開發計劃

?光學或其它工科專業,碩士或博士學歷

?5年以上光學系統的研發及應用經驗(包含碩士/博士/博士后階段的光學實驗室經驗)

?具備深厚的光學知識,尤其是偏振光學領域的知識

?具備豐富的光學實驗室經驗,熟悉光學搭建、熟練操作各種光學儀器和設備(比如激光、探測器等)

?具備高品質光學產品的研發經驗,能夠引導產品開發流程

?具備跨專業研發團隊的合作經驗

?熟悉Zemax、MATLAB(或GNUOctave)及LabVIEW等軟件的操作

?擅長SolidWorks者優先

?英文讀寫流利

?具備對光學市場及相關光學產品的判斷、鑒別能力
