篇2:品牌珠寶營運總監崗位職責

品牌營運總監(珠寶奢侈品)崗位職責:

1.全面主持公司各品牌終端直營體系的日常業務運營,設定并監測指標,完成運營審計,建立業務運作體系,提升業務營運效益。

2.負責制定年度銷售計劃、店鋪預算分析并具體分解下達到門店,在執行過程中監督并協助門店分析落實。

3.對銷售業績負責,根據公司各區域市場特點,制定相應的營銷管理方案,以確保銷售目標的達成。

4.善于企業運營規劃,能給企業帶來盈利及持續性發展,提升品牌競爭力,從市場品牌角度提出合理化建議。

5.制定品牌管理的具體措施,優化業務流程,使品牌意識深入人心。

6.制定部門銷售計劃、并針對公司整體的銷售計劃制定銷售方案,并將銷售任務落實執行;

7.關注銷售情況,針對不健康的店鋪及時作出整改方案并監督執行到位;

8.定期針對市場銷售品牌進行市場調研,對公司的銷售策略及產品風格定位、價格定位等提出建設性意見;

9.與店鋪及客戶保持有效溝通,關注店鋪貨品情況,確保公司所有銷售點貨品的有效性最大化;

任職資格:

1、35歲至45歲,大專以上學歷,市場營銷、管理類、服裝類、珠寶類、奢侈品等相關專業;

2、精通團隊管理、客戶管理、商品管理、陳列管理及物流管理等運營管理,熟悉各地大型商場、服裝商圈市場并熟知市場開拓;

3、熟悉店務各項流程的制定與執行;

4、8年以上零售行業管理工作經驗,5年以上服裝企業營銷管理工作經驗,有一定的銷售網絡與人脈關系;

5、熟悉加盟企業終端運營及品牌的策劃與管理;

6、優秀的談判能力,擅長終端管理和市場開發管理,有扎實的營運管理知識和驗;

7、對現代營銷理論和實踐有系統、深刻的理解,具備敏銳的市場感知、把握市場動態和方向的能力,全盤的銷售管理能力,優秀的品牌銷售和組織策劃能力。

8、具有強烈的責任心、事業心,具備獨立解決問題的能力、很強的抗壓能力,敢于接受新挑戰。
