?Bachelordegree(orabove)inMaterialormetallurgy,weldingmajor

?2years’workexperienceonNDTengineerposition,NAS410/EN4179PT/MT/RTlevel2isaplus.

?Competencyofproblem-solvingandqualityimprovementtoolsandtechniques,includingmanagementandplanningtools,lean&6sigma,qualitytools(5why,8D,fishbonediagram,etc.),preventiveandcorrectiveactions.Sixsigmagreenbeltprojectexperienceisaplus.

?Goodqualityawareness,quickleaningcapabilityandgoodteamwork.

?OralandwrittencommunicationskillswithEnglish.

職位描述：

JobResponsibilities

-Overseeandmanagetheprojecttoensureeffectiveandefficientcompletionwithinplannedbudgetanddeadlinewithhighquality;

全面管理和監督項目，確保項目在預定時間、預算內高質量的執行和完成；

-EnsureallQCstandardsoftheprojectaremet;

確保項目符合各項質量要求；

-Provideexpertadvicetointernalstakeholdersandmakedetailedprojectplanning;

為內部相關方提供專業建議，并制定詳細的項目計劃；

-Conductappropriatecommunicationbetweenprojectteam,clientandallotherprojectstakeholders;

與項目相關方保持有效溝通，包括項目組成員，客戶方等；

-Developandmanagetheprojectteam,includingprovidingtrainingtothem,followuptraining,performancemanagementofteammembers,etc.;

發展和管理項目團隊，如對項目成員進行培訓，跟進培訓進展，團隊成員績效管理等；

-Othertasksandresponsibilitiesassignedbylinemanager.

Requirements要求

-Bachelorandabovedegree;

本科及以上學歷；

-Atleast3years’engineerexperiencewithrelatedtechnicalbackground,preferablywithworkingexperienceintechnicalserviceorrelatedCRS/component/vehiclemanufacture;

至少3年工程師工作經驗，具有技術服務或汽車整車或零部件或兒童座椅相關經驗者優先。

-GoodcommandofbothOralandwrittenEnglish,Germanywouldbeaplus;

熟練的英語口語和書面溝通能力，同時具備德語溝通能力者優先；

-Abilitytodevelopandeditswrittenmaterials;

具備撰寫各種書面材料的能力；

-Willingtotakechallengeandworkunderpressure.

篇3:車間專職工程師崗位職責條例

1宣傳、貫徹質量方針,目標及工藝技術操作規程,并行使檢查監督權。

2負責冶煉過程控制的指導,落實本車間生產過程出現的技術,操作、質量的分析和處理。

3負責不合格的控制及責任落實提出考核、建議,對質量工作突出的人員提出獎勵建議。

4參與、組織推廣新工藝,新材料,新鋼種,組織開展技術革新和技術質量攻關。

5對車間的各項技術經濟指標完成負責。

6查明不合格產品的原因,并制定糾正預防措施,組織實施。

7負責檢查車間的統計工作。

8負責檢查監督各測量設備的運行,準確情況。
