YouexecuteasR&DPackagingDeveloperthedevelopmentandqualificationofpackagingsolutionsforaportfolioofprojectsonarangeofgloballeadingbrandsfromourProfessionalBeautyBrandPortfolio.

Youhaveendtoendresponsibilityforfastpaceddevelopmentofprimaryandsecondarypackagingsolutions,fromearlyinception(designinpartnershipwithMarketing,Designagencies,ManufacturingandProcurement)throughinitiativequalificationofpackagingcomponentsatsuppliersandinCotyplants,finishingwithsuccessfuldeliveryoftheinitiativeinmarket.

Youleadthetechnicalqualificationofarangeofpackagingcomponentsandcoordinatetechnicaltestinginternallyandwithpackagingsuppliers,whilstowningandcommunicatingthefinaltechnicalspecification.

Youactivelylooktodeveloporganisationalcapabilities,contributingtothestrengthsoftheGlobalCotyPackagingDevelopmentorganisation.Thiscanincludeexploratorylabtestingofnewpackagingtechnologies,physicalanddigitalprototypingandrenderingcapabilities,modellingandsimulationapproaches.

Initiativesuccessmeasuresincludelaunchdeliveryon-time,withuncompromisedquality,attherightcapacitytoenableglobalmarkets,andattherightcost.

Therolenecessitatesahighlevelofinternalmultifunctionalcollaboration(Marketing,Procurement,Manufacturing,Planning,Finance,Regulatory)aswellasexternally(Designagenciesandpackagingsuppliers).

QUALIFICATIONSANDEXPERIENCE:

·Universitygraduate(BSPackagingEngineeringorequivalent)withinternshipexperienceinpackagingR&DorsupplychainfunctionswithintheBeauty,FMCGorHealthindustries.

·1-3yearsrelevantexperience,ideallywithinpackaging.

·Soundtechnicalmasteryinrelatedpackagingtechnologies(e.g.moulding,flexibles,cartons,print&decoration,assembly).Demonstratedexperienceinconsumer&customerfocusedholisticpackage&productdevelopmentpartneringwithMarketing,R&DProductDesign,IndustrialDesign,Engineering,Plants.

·Strongleadership&ownershipforprojects.Canhandlemultipleprojectsinparallel.Combinescriticalthinkingwithsolutionorientedpragmatism,andhasapassionforworkingonpackmaterials&packagingacrosstheentiresupplychain.

·Strongcollaboration,projectleadershipandinfluencingskills.Entrepreneurial,agileandhands-onspirit.Focusedandrigorouswithhighsenseofaccountabilityandownership.Opentochangeinadynamicgrowingenvironment.

·Expertiseinapplieduseoffastcyclepackage/productdevelopmentmethods&tools(e.g.prototyping,simulation,CAD).FamiliarwithFMEAmethodsandTechnicalSupplyChainReadiness;costdriversandbestvalueoptionanalysisapproaches.ExperienceinuseofDesignThinkingandvirtualdevelopmenttools.

·Provenexpertiseandpassionforsolvingproblemsusingcreativityandanalysingskills.Experienceinidentifyingtechnicalsolutionsandtheirimplementation.

1、按“誰主管誰負責”的原則,在技術上對本廠安全生產工作全面負責。

2、加強安全技術管理,積極采用安全先進技術和安全防護裝備,組織研究落實重大事故隱患整改方案。

3、在組織新建、擴建、改建基本建設項目以及技術改造項目的設計、施工和投產時,做到職業安全衛生設施與主體工程同時設計、同時施工、同時投產,并符合國家規定的標準。

4、審查廠安全技術規程、操作規程和安全技術措施項目,保證技術上切實可行。

5、負責組織制度生產崗位塵毒等有害物質的治理規劃方案,使之達到國家衛生標準。

6、參加上報公司事故的調查,組織技術力量對事故進行技術原因分析、鑒定,提出技術上的改進措施。

7、按照上述安全職責,每年制訂工程師年度安全工作計劃,逐條落實在當年具體工作安排中。
