篇3:檢修車間施工工程師崗位HSE職責內容

1貫徹有關安全生產法規、制度和標準,并檢查其執行情況。

2負責車間設備的安全運行管理,使之符合健康、安全和環保規范、標準。

3參與擬訂、修訂車間安全技術規程和有關安全生產管理制度,并監督檢查執行情況。

4參加班組安全活動,對班組成員進行業務指導,協助車間科長搞好員工安全思想、安全技術和環境保護教育和考核。

5參與車間設備改造方案的審查,使之符合健康、安全和環保技術標準。

6經常檢查設備運行情況,制止違章作業,對不聽勸阻者,有權停止其工作,并報請領導處理。

7參與事故調查和分析。

8積極參加本崗位危害因素和環境因素的識別,并采取可靠的防范措施。

9認真學習應急救援預案,積極參加應急救援預案的演練。

10認真執行石化公司《廢物排放管理規定》,督促員工將施工中產生的各種廢棄物按要求運(排放)到指定位置。
