OVERVIEW:

Thejobholderneedtousehisorherpersonnelexperiences,strategicandanalyticalthinking,professionalselligskillsandabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithcrossfunctionalteammemberstodefineanddrivethebusinessgrowthopportuntiesandplansbyfocusingonservedavailablemarketstudy,territorymanagement,salespipelinedevelopment,andtheachievementofannualsalesobjective.

MAINDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Formulatetheoverallbusinessgrowthplanandsalesactivitiestoensuretheachievementofsalesrevenueandmarketshareobjectives.

?Leadthemarketstudyactivitiestoidentifytargetmarket,competitionandbuyingdecisionprocess.ProvidethemonthyupdatestotheChinamanagementteam.

?Developlocalmarketpenetrationstrategyincludingproductdevelopment,distributionchannelstrategy,pricingstrategyandallnecessaryresourcesplanbyworkingtogetherChinamanagementandcrossfunctionalteams.

?Developsalespipelinesandclosenewopportuntiestoachieveannualsalesobjectiveandlongtermgrowthplan.

?DevelopSpec-instrategybyapproachingandbuildingupstrongbusinessrelationshipwithstrategicend-useraccountsanddesigninstitutes.

?Resposniblefortheahcievementofaccountreceivabletargetandtheimprovementofsalesforecast.

?Participateintradeassociationsandtechnicalconferencesrelatedtotargetmarketopportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

?BachelordegreeinSales,Marketing,BusinessorEngineeringpreferred

?8+yearssalesexperienceand2+yearsSalesLeadershipexperienceinchemicalbusiness,andwiththeknowledgeintrafficsecurityorpersonalsafetyindustrywillbehighlypreffered.(在交通安全領域或個人防護安全領域有從業經驗者優先)

?Strongexperienceorskillsinbusinessplanning,capturingnewopportunities,territorymanagement,keyaccountpenetrationandValuepropositiondevelopment.

?Energetic,quicklearning,andWillingtowin.

?Highlydevelopedinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipwithbothcustomersandinternalcrossfunctions.

?Resultsorientatedwiththeabilitytobalancecustomerneedsandcompanytargets.

?GoodEnglishinbothwritingandspeaking.

?GoodPCuser,particularlyPowerPointandExcel.

篇2:銷售副經理安全職責

1按“誰主管誰負責”的原則,對供應、銷售系統的安全工作負責。

2組織制訂、修訂和審批供應、銷售部門的安全生產規章制度、規定、安全技術規程,組織實施并監督檢查執行情況。

3貫徹“五同時”原則,保證供應產品的質量符合國家標準,因質量問題造成事故,負責追究有關人員的責任。

4負責供應、銷售系統的安全教育和考核工作。

5定期召開供應、銷售系統的安全生產工作會議,分析企業安全生產動態,及時解決安全生產存在的問題。

6組織供應、銷售系統開展安全生產競賽活動,總結推廣安全生產工作的先進經驗,獎勵先進單位和個人。

7按照上述安全職責,每年制訂銷售副經理年度安全工作計劃,并逐條落實在當年具體工作安排中。

篇3:銷售部經理崗位職責

1,主持銷售部日常工作,溝通上下級及與其他部門的關系.

2,堅持"顧客至上,科學管理"的宗旨,樹立良好的公司形象,創造良好的銷售環境,充分調動各員工的積極性,并保持團結協作,優質高效的工作氣氛.

3,根據總經理的發展規劃和市場預測,擬訂銷售推廣計劃,報請公司總經理審核.

4,做好售后服務工作,反饋樓盤信息,并努力同新老客戶保持良好關系,建立客戶檔案,以便于工作從老客戶處尋找新客戶.

5,負責組織人員及時總結交流營銷經驗,加強業務修養,不斷提高業務水平。
