篇2:門禁系統管理制度制度
第一條為保證公司財產、物料及信息資料的安全,規范門禁系統的使用與管理要求,明確注意事項,結合公司實際情況,特制定本管理制度。
第二條門禁系統的使用及權限
我公司門禁系統主要用于上下班打卡。
第三條門禁系統管理規定
(一)進入和離開公司、部門的員工必須隨手關門,不得使門禁系統處于失效狀態。
(二)每位員工應愛護該設施,按照使用要求正確操作使用,不得隨意亂按。
(三)員工在上班時間進入電子門時,為確保公司安全,應有秩序按每人讀一次卡進入,一旦多人同時進入或無門禁卡與外來人員混進來,遇上治安情況就無法查找線索,就會失去門禁安全保障作用,給安全防范管理帶來困難。
第四條非本公司人員進入規定
(一)如因特殊原因,外來人員需進入公司辦公區域,必經綜合部負責人批準后方可在指定人員的陪同下進入。
(二)接待來訪人員時,各部門接待人員應加強保密意識,如客人翻閱辦公桌的資料時應予以制止。
(三)陪同人員有義務督促與協助訪客盡快處理完成事務并及時離開受限區域。
第五條補辦門禁設置手續
(一)員工發生門禁卡遺失、損壞、失效時,請到財務部繳納20元補辦費用后,到綜合部補辦新的門禁卡,再由前臺考勤人員重新設置門禁權限。
(二)若員工本人提出要求設置門禁系統,將拒絕辦理。
