初級敏捷教練,ScrumMaster(廣州)康效(上海)信息科技有限公司康效(上海)信息科技有限公司,康效科技,康效職責描述:

1、作為ScrumMaster進入團隊,保證團隊資源完全可被利用并且全部是高產出的,各個角色及職責的良好協作,解決團隊開發中的障礙,做為團隊和外部的接口,屏蔽外界對團隊成員的干擾,保證開發過程按計劃進行,組織DailyScrum,SprintReviewandSprintPlanningmeetings。

2、作為敏捷-精益專家,研究、引入、推廣業界先進的研發管理思想、方法論與實踐。

3、指導與推動公司級的精益敏捷轉型,構建持續交付能力,提升整體交付速度、質量與效率。

任職要求:

1、3年以上敏捷經驗,曾擔任PO或ScrumMaster或技術教練。

2、擁有具體項目實施經驗,并能展示具體教練成績。

3、至少精通Scrum、看板、實例化需求、DevOps等敏捷方法任意一種方法。

4、熟悉敏捷工程技術實踐,獲得CSM、CSP認證者優先。

5、具備出色的溝通、協調和解決問題能力,優秀的組織規劃能力及執行能力,責任心強,能承受壓力,能做基礎的敏捷輔導工作。

6、有較強的互聯網技術能力者,和能接受出差者優先考慮。

7、有良好的溝通能力,懂英語,粵語者優先考慮。
