1、作為ScrumMaster進(jìn)入團(tuán)隊(duì),保證團(tuán)隊(duì)資源完全可被利用并且全部是高產(chǎn)出的,各個(gè)角色及職責(zé)的良好協(xié)作,解決團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)中的障礙,做為團(tuán)隊(duì)和外部的接口,屏蔽外界對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的干擾,保證開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行,組織DailyScrum,SprintReviewandSprintPlanningmeetings。

任職要求:
1、3年以上敏捷經(jīng)驗(yàn),曾擔(dān)任PO或ScrumMaster或技術(shù)教練。
2、擁有具體項(xiàng)目實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),并能展示具體教練成績(jī)。
3、至少精通Scrum、看板、實(shí)例化需求、DevOps等敏捷方法任意一種方法。
4、熟悉敏捷工程技術(shù)實(shí)踐,獲得CSM、CSP認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
5、具備出色的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和解決問(wèn)題能力,優(yōu)秀的組織規(guī)劃能力及執(zhí)行能力,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),能承受壓力,能做基礎(chǔ)的敏捷輔導(dǎo)工作。
