1.Workwithseniorarchitectforurbandesign,buildingconceptdesign,schematicdesignbidding,anddevelopmentdesignstagework;

2.Designsmallscalebuildings'facade,plan,sectionindependently;

3.Doanalysisdrawing,presentationbookletinagoodquality;

4.CooperatewithChiefArchitectorprojectdirectortocarryoutdesignandrelevantworkandreporttothem.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelordegreeinarchitectureorabove;

2.1-2yearsworkingexperiencesofarchitect(workingexperiencesinfamousdesigninstitute/famousforeigndesignagencyarepreferred);

3.Havingexcellentconceptcreationability,persistantpursuitofarchitecturalart,quickmind,strongpresentationability;

4.sufficientatprofessionalsoftwareasCAD,Sketchupetc;

5.Activeteamplayer,willingtocommunicationwithcolleaguesandcustomers;

6.excellentprofessionalEnglish/Frenchispreferred.

外籍建筑師崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé):

1、參與項(xiàng)目前期現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查、資料搜集及信息整理工作;

2、參與方案構(gòu)思與討論,領(lǐng)會(huì)方案設(shè)計(jì)意圖并進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì);

3、配合上級(jí)與客戶進(jìn)行一定程度的溝通與協(xié)調(diào);

4、完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作。

任職資格:

1、建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,1-3年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),外籍,會(huì)英語;

2、有較強(qiáng)的手繪表達(dá)能力,能構(gòu)思出設(shè)計(jì)方案及造型;

3、對(duì)建筑設(shè)計(jì)有執(zhí)著的追求,思維活躍,較強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新能力;

4、掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí),熟悉國(guó)家有關(guān)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的政策、規(guī)范;

5、精通CAD、sketchup、天正、Rhino等軟件的使用;

6、有甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)院或海外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。

Operatingduty:

1.Takepartinpreprojectsiteinvestigation,datacollectionandinformationcollation.

2.Participateintheprojectconceptionanddiscussion,understandthedesignintentionanddesigntheplan.3,cooperatewithsuperiorsandcustomerstocommunicateandcoordinatewitheachother.

4,completeothertasksassignedbysuperiors.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelordegreeoraboveinarchitecture,1-3yearsrelevantworkingexperience,foreignandEnglishspeaking;

2,havestronghandexpressionability,candesigndesignandmodeling;

3.Persistentpursuitofarchitecturaldesign,activethinkingandstronginnovationability;

4.Masterrelevantprofessionalandtechnicalknowledge,andbefamiliarwiththepoliciesandnormsofthenationalarchitecturaldesignindustry.

5,proficientintheuseofCAD,SketchUp,TianZheng,Rhinoandothersoftware;

6.Firstclassdesigninstituteoroverseaslearningexperienceispreferred.
