焊裝工程師崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

1、依據(jù)焊裝工藝標準及生產(chǎn)線制造能力,審核訂單通知單圖紙,編制完善及校對工藝文件,確保先進性;

2、根據(jù)焊裝現(xiàn)場工藝模塊年度創(chuàng)新及專項工作計劃,研究新工藝并實施,提升焊裝生產(chǎn)效率及質(zhì)量并降低生產(chǎn)成本。

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,機械設(shè)計、車輛工程、材料成型、汽車制造、汽車涂裝、焊接等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、具有整車廠5年以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗,掌握OFFICE、UG、CAD、CATIA等軟件;

3、熟悉整車廠沖壓、焊裝、涂裝、總裝各線體布局及功能工藝技術(shù),新能源車型的生產(chǎn)制造工藝者優(yōu)先;
