Thepurposeoftheserolesandresponsibilitiesistooutlinebrieflythetasksrequiredofaclassteacherinthesecondaryschool.Asaschoolwearetryingtoachievehighstandardsbyrespondingprofessionally,sensitivelyandcaringlytotheneedsofallourstudents.Allteachersmustdemonstrateastandardofknowledge,understandingandskillsofthecurriculumtaughtintheschool.Allteachersmustdemonstrateanunderstandingofthewidercurriculumandadministrationneedsofthefoundation.

篇2:土地儲(chǔ)備中心主任崗位職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)全市土地利用總體規(guī)則和土地供需狀況,擬訂全市土地儲(chǔ)備規(guī)劃和土地儲(chǔ)備年度計(jì)劃,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施。
2.建立和管理市政府土地儲(chǔ)備庫。
3.根據(jù)市政府編定的收購計(jì)劃,對(duì)全市市屬企事業(yè)單位、各鎮(zhèn)區(qū)和農(nóng)村集體需盤活的存量土地以及其他需調(diào)整的存量土地適時(shí)進(jìn)行收購儲(chǔ)備。
4.管理由市政府依法收回的違法用地,閑置土地,待征土地,無合法使用權(quán)的國有土地,并納人政府土地儲(chǔ)備范圍。
5.做好儲(chǔ)備土地的前期開發(fā)和土地出讓的前期準(zhǔn)備工作。
6.通過儲(chǔ)備土地的經(jīng)營運(yùn)作,確保政府的土地收益,為城市建設(shè)籌措資金。
7.統(tǒng)籌管理儲(chǔ)備中心的具體事務(wù)性工作。
8.承辦上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
篇3:土地儲(chǔ)備中心崗位職責(zé)
1.依據(jù)市土地資產(chǎn)管理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)的土地收購儲(chǔ)備計(jì)劃,對(duì)企事業(yè)單位需盤活的存量土地和其他需調(diào)整的土地適時(shí)進(jìn)行收購。
2.根據(jù)土地利用和城市總體規(guī)劃以及市場(chǎng)需求,適量儲(chǔ)備土地,并做好儲(chǔ)備土地的信息發(fā)布、登記、招商洽談和投放市場(chǎng)的前期準(zhǔn)備等服務(wù)性工作。
3.經(jīng)營和管理由政府依法收回的違法用地、閑置拋荒土地,并納入儲(chǔ)備土地。
4.多渠道、多途徑籌措資金。在市土地資產(chǎn)管理委員會(huì)的指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督下,加強(qiáng)與各金融機(jī)構(gòu)的合作,通過抵押貸款等形式取得土地收購、開發(fā)資金,并對(duì)該資金的使用進(jìn)行管理。
5.運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)機(jī)制通過公開招標(biāo)方式組織實(shí)施好儲(chǔ)備土地拆遷安置等前期的組織協(xié)調(diào)和驗(yàn)
收管理工作;做好對(duì)土地收購、儲(chǔ)備、開發(fā)資金的測(cè)算平?、綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,并定期向市土地資產(chǎn)管理委員會(huì)報(bào)告運(yùn)作情況。
6.市土地收購儲(chǔ)備中心受市政府委托,在市土地資產(chǎn)管理委員會(huì)指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督下,代表市政府實(shí)施土地收購、儲(chǔ)備和出讓的前期準(zhǔn)備工作,為非營利性的全民事業(yè)單位,隸屬于市國土資源局。
