工作職責(zé):
?SubmitwrittenreportstotheMAB(MedicalAdvisoryBoard)concerningthefindingsofthedepartment'spatientcareevaluationandmonitoringactivities(e.g.,PeerReviewcases)andanyresultingactions;
?Makerecommendationsformaintainingandimprovingthequalityofcareprovidedinthedepartmentandthehospital,andanyothermatterstheMABconsidersappropriateforreports;
?Developandimplementdepartmentalprograms,incooperationwiththeCMOandothercommitteesasassignedbytheCMOfor:
oEvaluationofpatientcare,
oGrowthofthedepartment,
oIncreasingcomplexityandadvancingthelevelofmedicalcareprovidedbythedepartment,
oOngoingmonitoringofclinicalpractice,
oCredentialsandprivilegesreview,
oMedicaleducation,and
oUtilizationreview;
?AsamemberoftheMAB,provideinputonmedicalpoliciesofthehospital,andmakespecificrecommendationsregardingherorhisowndepartment;
?Continuouslyreviewtheperformanceofallphysicianswithclinicalprivilegesandspecifiedservicesinthedepartment,andregularlyreportthefindingsofsuchreviewstoCMO,theMAB,andthequalityimprovementcommittee;
?Transmitrecommendationsconcerningclinicalprivileges,specifiedservices,orcorrectiveactionwithrespecttophysiciansinthedepartmenttotheMABandtheCMO;
?Appointanddesignatechairsforanyintradepartmentalcommitteesthatarenecessaryforconductingdepartmentfunctions;
?Enforcemedicalstaffbylaws,rules,regulations,andpolicieswithinthedepartment,andinitiateinvestigationsofclinicalperformanceororderconsultations,whennecessary;
?ImplementanyactionstakenbytheMABand/ortheboardwithinthedepartment;
?Participateineveryphaseofadministrationinthedepartment,suchascooperatingwithnursingservicesandadministrationinmattersaffectingpatientcare,includingpersonnel,supplies,specialregulations,standingorders,andtechniques;
?Assistinthepreparationofquarterlyreportspertainingtothedepartment,includingbudgetaryplanningreports,asrequiredbytheMAB,theGeneralManagerofthehospital,ortheboard;
?Actasthelead(withassistanceoftheCMOandtheHumanResourcesdepartment)inmedicalstaffrecruiting;
?PerformanyotherdutiesasmayberequestedbytheCMO,theMAB,ortheGoverningBody
?AsChairpersonforthedepartment,EMPLOYEEisentitledtotake10%ofworktimeforadministrativeduties.

職位描述:
職位描述
1、身體健康,年齡55歲以下
2、具有“腎內(nèi)科”主治醫(yī)師及以上職稱(chēng),本科及以上學(xué)歷;
3、具有豐富的腎臟內(nèi)科工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠解決腎臟內(nèi)科常見(jiàn)病、多發(fā)病及疑難危重病人的診療方法,指導(dǎo)科室進(jìn)行急危重癥搶救,熟悉血液凈化的各項(xiàng)操作方法和流程;
4、熟悉醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)及質(zhì)量管理流程;
5、具有二級(jí)以上醫(yī)院腎臟內(nèi)科10年以上工作經(jīng)歷,二級(jí)甲等及以上醫(yī)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先;
6、具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、溝通能力和服務(wù)意識(shí),有責(zé)任心和親和力;
7、負(fù)責(zé)腎病科的門(mén)診病區(qū)及透析診療體系規(guī)劃,搭建以及相關(guān)的質(zhì)量安全管理、帶教;負(fù)責(zé)腎病科團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及績(jī)效考核、制度流程制定,完成年度內(nèi)醫(yī)院下達(dá)的科室營(yíng)收目標(biāo)、運(yùn)營(yíng)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。

專(zhuān)業(yè)要求腎臟病學(xué)最低學(xué)歷本科
工作年限5-10年職稱(chēng)要求中級(jí)
