策劃和制定公司所有與精益生產管理方案或與體系相關的工作；

編制精益生產的推行計劃并監督實施；

督促精益生產管理方案和工具運用；

總結精益生產推行經驗和管理思路、方法并形成標準；

舉辦改善各類活動和發布會，匯報推行成果和不足；

指導、跟進、協調、檢查各部門的推行過程和進展并進行效果評估；

總結和分析精益推行的成果和不足，并定期通報公司領導及各部門；

制定精益生產管理推行培訓計劃、編制和準備精益生產管理培訓課件；

10.實施精益生產管理方法和執行標準等知識培訓以推行精益生產管理理念，并對培訓效果進行評估以優化培訓。

職位要求：

工業工程專業大專及以上學歷，3年以上從事精益管理相關工作；

接受過精益生產或6sigma方面系統培訓，熟練運用6S、TPM、Kaizen、OEE等精益管理方法和評價指標及豐富的實操經驗

3.較強的問題分析、學習和解決能力，良好的人際溝通能力和優秀的團隊精神。

職責描述:

支持FES&P經理在工廠推行FaureciaExcellenceSystem;

按照FES的要求,有針對性的推行精益生產工具;

定期向FES&P經理匯報部分FESKPI最新狀態及報表情況;

支持FES&P經理以保證集團的FES審核達到公司目標;

檢查現場工位的標準化執行情況,參與標準化審核、和5S檢查,推動現場改進;

負責工廠質量體系的整體工作,牽頭內外部各類審核,并維護管理體系協調運行。

任職要求:

教育水平:本科及以上學歷

專業:工業工程或相關理工科背景

經驗:3年以上生產管理或工廠精益生產推行及管理經驗,熟悉ISO/TS16949/ISO14001等相關標準,良好的溝通協調及問題分析解決能力,英文聽說讀寫俱佳。
