OVERVIEW
ReportingtotheDongguanofficeSocialComplianceManager,youwillberesponsibleforsupportingtheCorporateSocialResponsibility(CSR)initiative.ThecandidatewillensurethatsuppliersunderstandandcomplywithourCSRrequirementsandthatanyissueisaddressedinatimelymanner.

?CoordinateThirdPartysocialcomplianceauditsatselectedsuppliers/factories.
?ReceiveandprocessThirdPartyauditreportswithinestablishedtimelines.
?CreateaCorrectiveActionPlan(CAP),distributetovendor/factory/HeadOfficeS.C.teamandcloselyfollow-uponvendorprogressbysupportingsupplier/factoryinCAPremediationandbestpracticesimplementation.
?Performfactoryvisitstovalidateeffectivenessofimplementedcorrections.
?Worktogetherwithsourcingteamtomaintainandupdatethevendormasterlistandourcompliancesystemtimely.
?CollectfactorylocationsdataandperformvariousanalysisasrequestedbytheSocialComplianceManager.
?Monitorsocialcompliancetrends/situationsinAsiancountriesandupdatetotheteam.
?Conductinitiativestohelpvendor/factorysetupasustainablecapacitybuildingapproachtomeetclients’expectationandoursocialcompliancestandards.
?Analyzethetrainingneedsanddevelopthetrainingmaterialstoorganize/conductsocialcompliancetopicsexternaltrainingssessionsforvendors/factoriesandinternallyforthein-housingteam.

KEYREQUIREMENTS
?Minimum3yearsinasocialcomplianceposition.Trainingexperienceisaplus.
?KnowledgeofChinesenationalandlocallaborlawsandregulations,includinghealthandsafety,aswellasinternationalstandardssuchasILOrequirements
?KnowledgeofsimilarlawsandregulationsinotherAsiancountrieswouldbeanasset

崗位職責(zé)
協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)負責(zé)酒店的餐飲服務(wù)管理及出品管理的各項工作。
1、協(xié)助制定年度、月度營業(yè)計劃,完成餐飲總監(jiān)交待的各項接待任務(wù)。
2、協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定促銷計劃,及市場分析。
3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務(wù)程序及各項規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理并匯報餐飲總監(jiān)。
4、協(xié)助控制食品和飲品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)格。加強食品原料及物品的管理。
5、定期召開專項會議(出品部,服務(wù)部)
6、抓好設(shè)備,設(shè)施的維修保養(yǎng)工作,加強日常管理,防止事故發(fā)生。
7、落實衛(wèi)生和安全保障工作,貫徹執(zhí)行飲食衛(wèi)生制度,確保各營業(yè)場所、廚房、庫房的安全。
8、完成餐飲總監(jiān)交給的其它任務(wù),餐飲總監(jiān)不在時,代行總監(jiān)職責(zé)。

崗位職責(zé)
1、巡視各餐廳、宴會廳、酒吧等的營業(yè)及服務(wù)情況,指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督日常經(jīng)營活動。
2、檢查各餐廳的衛(wèi)生、擺臺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、開餐用品,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量和工作效率。
3、參加餐飲總監(jiān)主持的工作例會,提出合理化建議,匯報各餐廳的經(jīng)營情況。
4、做好各餐廳經(jīng)理的排班表,監(jiān)督各餐廳制定排班表,帶頭執(zhí)行酒店的各類規(guī)章制度。
5、發(fā)展良好的客戶關(guān)系,滿足客人的特殊需要,處理客人投訴。
6、與總廚密切聯(lián)系和合作,提出有關(guān)食品銷售建議,及時將客人要求反饋給廚師長,為食品原料的采購和廚房出菜提供依據(jù)。
