工作目標：

職位描述：

通過現有資源和開拓更多有效渠道協助項目經理完成咨詢項目，按照客戶的需求匹配和招募到專業背景最符合要求的行業內專家；

通過深入理解項目需求、訪談和匹配專家，為客戶安排與專家的咨詢會議；

參加線上線下的行業會議和行業展覽，擴大和加深行業知識；

不斷完善現有工作流程，提高服務客戶的質量；

協助進行相應行業熱點研究；

對于內部數據庫和系統進行完善和整理。

崗位要求：

本科或以上學歷；

有金融，咨詢行業，獵頭或新聞記者工作經驗者優先考慮，也歡迎優秀的應屆畢業生；

1、獨立或協助項目經理分析客戶需求并就項目需求與客戶保持充分溝通，及時推薦和約訪專家顧問，保證項目進度；

2、關注客戶項目進展，根據自己學習和積累的行業知識，提供建設性意見，引導客戶深入和全方面了解所研究行業；

3、負責管理和維護專家顧問資源；

4、負責專家顧問招募渠道的開拓、溝通、維護工作；

5、負責專家顧問的招募、邀約、評估、簽約、回訪、維護工作；

6、負責熱點行業分析工作，撰寫行業洞見；

7、負責熱點行業專家顧問的儲備工作。

職位要求：

1、統招大專及以上學歷，具備1年以上專家平臺相應工作經驗或具備醫療行業獵頭、醫療類市場調查公司等工作背景具，有醫療領域相關招募經驗或有相關資源者優先；

2、30周歲以下，醫學、金融類、市場營銷、經濟及管理類專業畢業（經驗豐富者可放寬條件）；
