定量研究崗位職責

職責描述:

1)依照發展研究中心整體規劃,進行各項工作的開展

2)負責各類項目的主持,研究計劃、項目執行、報告撰寫等

3)對外的合作事宜聯絡與安排

4)博士后聯合中心的申請與籌建

5)會議、論壇舉辦的全程安排

6)各類專報、軟文及研究報告的撰寫與發表

7)對外合作項目的對接、跟進及結項

8)人才梯隊培養,日常培訓、招募、帶教等

9)負責研究院的管理、協調、服務工作

任職要求:

1)研究生及以上學歷,經濟學、管理學或其他復合學科背景

2)有5-8年工作經歷,有一定的管理經驗,對于快遞、物流、管理咨詢、研究工作有一定接觸與了解

3)了解定量、定性研究,掌握基本的研究方法、管理咨詢模型,良好的寫作及溝通表達能力

4)認真、細致、有耐心,能夠對于事務性工作有較好的安排與處理

5)有創新意識、挑戰意識,敬業,抗壓能力強,有團隊合作精神

熒光定量崗位職責

熒光定量PCR實驗員恒瑞源正恒瑞源正(深圳)生物科技有限公司,恒瑞源正任職要求:

1、本科以上學歷,分子生物學、生物技術、生物工程、臨床檢驗相關專業;工作一年以上,應屆生亦可。

2、具備熒光定量PCR上機實操和數據分析處理經驗,且具備較強的分子生物學實驗經驗(RNA和DNA的分離純化,PCR技術等)者優先;

3、同時具有一定免疫學知識,且具有細胞制備及流式檢測相關經驗者優先;

4.較好的溝通能力,能吃苦耐勞,具有較強的責任心及善于學習的能力,做事積極主動且善于動腦。

工作職責:

1、負責熒光定量PCR實驗的所有實驗安排。

2、負責檢測結果的分析,審核和報告發放。

3、負責儀器設備的定期校準和日常維護。

4、負責完成上級交給的其他工作和安排。
