篇2:軟件測試工程師:崗位職責說明書

工作職責:

1、負責大型系統的測試工作,參與測試需求分析、測試用例設計;

2、執行測試用例,記錄測試結果,分折測試發現的問題,跟蹤并驗證bug并確認問題,編寫測試報告;

3、按時、保質、保量地完成各項分配的任務;

4、編寫自動化測試及性能測試腳本,開發輔助測試工具;

5、負責搭建和維護基于linu*和windows下的測試環境,執行自動化測試,提交測試報告;

工作要求:

1、至少2年以上的it行業(尤其是web)測試經驗;熟悉b/s架構、webbrowser軟件產品的測試方法;

2、溝通能力強,具團隊合作精神,與研發等相關部門進行有效溝通;

3、有較強的邏輯分析能力和學習能力,可以勝任重復性工作,工作細致認真,有耐心;

4、至少掌握一種自動化測試工具或性能測試工具,如:qtp、selenium、lr等;
