篇2:機(jī)械設(shè)備技術(shù)員安全工作職責(zé)
(1)認(rèn)真貫徹國(guó)家、地方有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)環(huán)境保護(hù)、工業(yè)衛(wèi)生的方針、政策、法律法規(guī)、規(guī)定和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國(guó)家各項(xiàng)專(zhuān)業(yè)有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和要求。
(2)凡是新建、擴(kuò)建、改建或挖潛技改項(xiàng)目,都必須有保證安全生產(chǎn)和消除有毒、有害因素的設(shè)施,并要與主體工程同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)施工,同時(shí)投入生產(chǎn)或使用。
(3)對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備引發(fā)的事故,要認(rèn)真調(diào)查,分析原因,提出改進(jìn)防范措施,確保安全。
(4)在安裝新設(shè)備和改革工藝設(shè)備時(shí),需要制訂出安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)程,要向職工進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)方面的教育,并編制試車(chē)程序。
(5)嚴(yán)格遵守試車(chē)規(guī)定,參加機(jī)械設(shè)備試車(chē)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全因素要立即停車(chē),經(jīng)科學(xué)分析,采取相應(yīng)預(yù)防措施。
(6)要經(jīng)常深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)了解和檢查機(jī)械設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況,定期校驗(yàn)安全裝置,使之處于完好有效狀態(tài)。
(7)在制訂維修計(jì)劃時(shí),要制訂具體安全措施,并督促執(zhí)行。到車(chē)間工段指導(dǎo)工作時(shí),應(yīng)遵守崗位安全操作規(guī)程。
(8)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備保養(yǎng)人員進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo),設(shè)備有不安全隱患,必須及時(shí)組織排除或采取應(yīng)急措施,防止設(shè)備故障和損壞,引起人身事故。
(9)指導(dǎo)事故隱患整改;對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備事故進(jìn)行原因分析,提出改進(jìn)和預(yù)防措施;并不斷推廣應(yīng)用新的安全技術(shù)和勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施,不斷改善和提高企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)。工業(yè)衛(wèi)生的水平。
