1、銷量計劃管理:制定小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項目在區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售計劃,并將銷售計劃分解到銷售區(qū)域;跟進銷售進度,指導和監(jiān)督銷售區(qū)域完成各項銷售任務;

2、對公司品牌進行管理:制定小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項目在區(qū)域內(nèi)的品牌發(fā)展規(guī)劃,指導和協(xié)助銷售區(qū)域進行品牌管理,監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,保證銷售目標的實現(xiàn);

3、監(jiān)督營銷活動執(zhí)行:組織、監(jiān)督、執(zhí)行小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項目在區(qū)域內(nèi)營銷活動方案;

4、控制營銷費用:編制小包裝面品類/產(chǎn)品/項目年度營銷費用預算,組織、監(jiān)控各類營銷推廣活動的策劃和執(zhí)行,確保資源的合理利用;

5、進行銷售標準管理:按照項目部的指導意見制定小包裝面品牌/品類/項目/產(chǎn)品的具體銷售標準,并督促執(zhí)行;

6、市場部團隊管理:根據(jù)公司業(yè)務發(fā)展需要,培養(yǎng)建設誠信務實、專業(yè)高效、勤奮創(chuàng)新的專業(yè)營銷管理團隊。

任職條件:

1、3年以上快消品工作經(jīng)驗、在知名快消品面行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)渠道工作經(jīng)歷、銷售及市場經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;

2、大專及以上學歷,男女不限,能接受經(jīng)常性出差;

3、有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、項目管理能力、創(chuàng)造性思維、解決問題能力、執(zhí)行能力和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力以及人員管理能力,影響力;

4、有較強的市場洞察力和敏感性、市場信息分析能力、策劃組織能力、媒體公共傳播運作能力。

AssistingandsupportingPackagingManager(PM)inallactivitiesfromstartofprojecttillprojectimplementationinproductionsites.Focusliesonmeetingcustomerrequirementsanddeliveringprojectsinhighestpossiblestandard.TargetistograduallygrowintotheroleofPackagingManager.

MainTasks/Responsibilities:

?SupportofPMwithcosttracking,invoicingandpayments

?AttendmeetingswithcustomersinternalasexternaltogetherwithPM

?Supportsincreatingsecondarypackagingstandards

?Organizepilotmoldsamplings(e.g.CoordinatestestingwithQATClab,prepareforsamplingpreparationmeetings,sampleshipments,designreviewmeetings)

?Supportstart-upsandarrangequalificationsofnewproductionmoldsinourplantsacrossChina

?AssistinanalyzingQAdatafromsamplingsandqualifications

Education/Experience

?UniversityDegreewithmajorinMechanicalEngineeringorPlasticEngineeringorChemistry,orequivalentexperienceinrelatedfield.

?1to3yearsworkingexperienceinprojectmanagement,preferablywithinplastics/packagingindustry

?Knowledgeofmaterials(HDPE,PP,PET,etc.)andmoldconstructionispreferred

?Basicqualitymanagementknowledge

?GoodKnowledgeinProjectManagementispreferred

?ProficientinMSoffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,etc.)
