篇2:線束品質(zhì)工程師崗位職責(zé)

品質(zhì)工程師(汽車線束)合興集團(tuán)合興集團(tuán)有限公司,合興集團(tuán),合興崗位職責(zé):

1.線束車間品質(zhì)控制規(guī)劃,日常品質(zhì)管理及客訴處理;

2.制定品質(zhì)目標(biāo)并落實實施,與相關(guān)部門溝通協(xié)調(diào);

4.參與項目開發(fā),提供項目過程品質(zhì)策劃;

5.對生產(chǎn)線發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)和對不良率進(jìn)行分析改善;

7.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其它事項;

任職資格:

1.大專以上學(xué)歷,年齡25-40周歲,電子、機械、管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;

2.熟悉ISO9000/ISO14001體系,有建推動體系運作工作經(jīng)驗;

3、熟悉品質(zhì)客戶服務(wù)處理流程/制程品質(zhì)控制,能夠開展品質(zhì)管理工作;能對品質(zhì)提出量化指標(biāo),并督促各持續(xù)改進(jìn);

4、具有較強的溝通能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力,具有極強的工作責(zé)任心,執(zhí)行能力強;

5、有汽車線材行業(yè)品質(zhì)管理2年以上的工作經(jīng)驗。

篇3:汽車線束測試機操作規(guī)程

1．該測試機要有專人操作。

2．開啟前先檢查各接口是否連接正確（電腦與測試機、測試機與測試板），接通電源，打開電腦。

3．測試人員用點測試方式對測試板上所有點進(jìn)行測試并記錄點位號，把測試結(jié)果存入電腦并以該線編號命名。

4．使被側(cè)線束的所有插件與測試板上相對應(yīng)的插件進(jìn)行正確連接。

5．打開測試程序，確認(rèn)電腦進(jìn)入測試狀態(tài)，檢查測試程序正確無誤，點擊被測線束編號。

6．測試通過，屏幕顯示綠色大字“OK”并同時打印產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽條形碼。如屏幕顯示紅色“×”則表示測試不能通過，并顯示錯誤點的點位號，檢測人員與責(zé)任人員一起檢查錯誤點，排除錯誤，重新測試直至“OK”。

7．每次只能測試一條線束，其它線束不能與測試板連接。

8．測試完畢推出程序，關(guān)閉電腦，切斷電源。
